琥珀賓館(Amber Guest Lodge)

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en février à Amber guest lodge; la pension se situe à 5 mn de la ville. Nous avons eu une très belle chambre, bien équipée avec un coffre-fort. Nous disposions également d’un coin salon avec un frigo . Nous avions une très belle vue sur la lagune. Il y avait une piscine pour nous rafraîchir ; un parking privé pour la voiture. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse. Le matin nous avons eu un bon petit déjeuner avec une partie buffet ( céréales, fruits, viennoiseries…..) et une partie servie à table ( œufs, bacon….).

Amber Guest Lodge is a real gem. The individually themed rooms are spacious, very well decorated and welcoming. Ri-han, the host, is truly delightful and very generous with his hospitality and local knowledge. The location is ideal, just outside of the town centre with panoramic views of the bay and the Heads. A great location and a great place to stay!

After several years we booked Amber Guest Lodge again. The new owners made some changes, our Sunset View Room was as good as before. Ri-Han is an attentive host and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is served in the dining room, with a good coffee, muesli, fresh fruit and a choice of hot breakfast. The location in a quieter suburb on the way to the Eastern Head is good. Still recommended for a stay.

I was made to feel welcome by Ri-Han and his staff. Ri-Han is very considerate and takes great care to make you feel at home. My suite was lovely , overlooking the pool and patio area. The guesthouse location is ideal. It is situated in a quiet, safe area not far from the town center and nearby hospitals. I can highly recommend this guesthouse

From the minute we arrived, we felt at home and comfortable at this lovely guest house. The rooms are gorgeous and all lead onto the pool. The breakfasts are lovely and Lynda is truly the most wonderful host. Would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

Amber Guest Lodge was very beautiful and our room to die for. The host was very kind and very helpful. Her and the staff sang a birthday wish for my wife in the morning at our breakfast table, which was quite special. We so wished our stay was even longer. We will definitely visit there again with friends. It was really value for money with 4 star treatment

Thank you for going the extra mile to accommodate us during the heatwave. My daughter who was then, 38 weeks pregnant and your concern about her health and comfort was heart warming. We can, with out a doubt, refer this tranquil lodge to all.

Our stay at Amber guest lodge in Jan 2023 was really very nice.We took the family suite which was extremely spacious 1 king size room and 1 twin room lounge bath room and beautiful views overlooking a patio pool and the Knysna Heads in the background.Francelle our hostess made it extremely comfortable for us looking after our every need.The breakfast was also very good and our halaal requirements were taken care of.I will most definitely recommend this place for a lovely stay in Knysna.Hats off for Francelle and your team 😀 keep up the good work.

We had an amazing stay at the Amber Guest Lodge. Francelle made us feel very welcome and helped us with tips on what to see or where to eat. The rooms are great and super clean! We would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others.
