AHA雷克斯酒店(Aha the Rex Hotel)

Il personale alla reception è molto rapido nello sbrigare la pratiche necessarie ed anche simpatico e disponibile. Le camere sono molto silenziose, ben pulite e luminose. La colazione molto varia e ricca, servita in modo eccellente, con personale all'altezza. Per la cena, risulta essere molto comodo, scegliere un ristorante, dato che la zona limitrofa ne offre diversi, anche molto eleganti.

Location formale, fredda ma con ottima posizione. Personale della colazione gentile e la colazione molto varia. In camera ottimo asciugacapelli e possibilita' di farsi the' o caffe', inoltre il bagno era ampio.

It is a decent hotel in a decent location. I would say more a 3.5 star than a 4. The room we had 424, was very small with a long odd shape bathroom very close to the bed. The door on the bathroom had to be carefully slid closed, or it just opened. Silly little thing buy no face cloths and only one hand towel. There were cracks across the wall of the shower that were quite prominent. Air con quite loud due to the small room. Complementary water and tea and coffee, etc. Breakfast was very good, an excellent range of fruits and hot options including an egg station. The pool is not a swimming pool unless you are a duck. A paddle perhaps. OK for 1 night but I was glad.not longer.

Lovely hotel staff so friendly walking distance to shops and restaurants also ate in hotel which was lovely. Breakfast very nice was included in part of Mercury Holidays escorted tour. Kynsna beautiful safe place. Toiletries in room. Large bed with amazing pillows.

We’re not enjoying this hotel at all! On arrival (once we had found it as there is no signage whatsoever) we were greeted by a demand for lots of paperwork and evidence that we had booked (no nice warm welcome). Even though it was 4.00pm the room clearly had not been checked as there was no toilet paper and even though we rang and requested some it never arrived. We had to ask for a map of the ‘town’ and the receptionist couldn’t find where we were in the map so clearly no training for him! Twice we had to report some serious smoking taking place on our floor - to be fair they did send up security on at least one occasion. But my biggest disappointment is the absolutely sadness of the room! Given where we are there is no light, the fittings are that of a basic motel and there are a number of obvious things wrong with the layout of the room such as hooks in the bathroom no where near where you need them, no long length wardrobe hanging and A/C over the bed. If you look on the website the hotel describes itself as having timeless elegance - this is absolutely not true! It is a roadside motel at best.

New building, friendly staff, great location. Good value. It is totally recommended for family in the area. Steps from the waterfront but still quite place. Need to continue to qualify the restaurant staff but they are so friendly that any mistake is of few notice.

The stay was very comfortable, and the service was great. The room was pleasantly laid out and comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. the breakfast was well presented and tasty. Staff were on hand to provide coffee when requested

Perfect location close to waterfront and shops. Rooms are clean and of reasonable size. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast was great with variety of fruits, yogurts, etc. Will definitely go back.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent - close to the waterfront restaurants, very safe even walking during the night. Would recommend it to everyone.
