渦輪水療酒店的評價

超出預期，酒店位於knynas小鎮的最中心位置，非常安全，設施很新，是一座廢棄發電站改造的，很有創意。早餐是點單的形式，量很大。房間面向潟湖與運河，景色特別棒！

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Lagoon Suite 206 geschlafen, direkt am Wasser und leider auch direkt über einem Restaurant mit Außensitz. Von 8 Uhr Morgens bis Mitternacht war es hier unglaublich laut und wir konnten die Suite und den tollen Ausblick über die Lagune nicht genießen. Sehr geehrtes Turbine-Team: warnt doch bitte zukünftig eure Gäste beim Check in auf diesen „lauten“ Umstand bei Suite 206 hin. Man zahlt das doppelte für eine Suite als für ein Zimmer. Da das Hotel über Weihnachten ausgebucht war, konnten wir leider nirgendwo anders hin.

Ohne Vorausbuchung sind wir in die Turbine gekommen um nach einer Unterkunft für 2-3 Nächte zu fragen. ( Am Ende waren es dann 3) Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und gleichzeitig sehr professionell. Es standen 2 freie Zimmer zur Auswahl. Unserer Bitte, die Zimmer vor der endgültigen Buchung besichtigen zu dürfen, wurde sofort entsprochen. Wir haben uns für eines der Luxuszimmer (02.01) mit tollem Blick auf den Kanal entschieden. Tolle Größe, sehr schöne und moderne Einrichtung, großes, schönes Bad. Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Hotel, in einem perfekten und sehr sauberem Zustand. Das Personal war insgesamt großartig. Freundlich, offenherzig und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück - ohne Buffett - war eine neue Erfahrung für uns. Das "a la carte" Frühstück war fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Auch der Service sowie das Angebot in der Bar und die kleinen Gerichte im Kaffee, waren außergewöhnlich. Die Lage auf dem Thesen-Island ist hervorragend. Die umliegenden Geschäfte und Restaurants laden zum stöbern und zum verweilen ein. Viele wesentliche Knysna-Highlights sind fussläufig erreichbar. Es war definitiv bisher unsere angenehmste Hotel-Erfahrung in SA. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in die Turbine gehen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Knysna kommen. Ein klasse Boutique Hotel.

Bellissimo hotel sul Waterfront, dove abbiamo soggiornato due notti. La hall è molto ampia ed elegante, luminosa come tutto l'hotel. Sono stati gentilissimi a farci trovare un box per colazione nel nostro ultimo giorno, visto che siamo partiti prestissimo alla volta dell'aeroporto.

Das Turbine Hotel ist ein sehr ungewöhnlicher Ort. Es ist erstaunlich, wie die alten Maschinen in das Hotel integriert wurden. Turbinen, Rohre und Maschinen sind in die Lobby, das Interieur und das Restaurant integriert. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Menü war ausgezeichnet.

We’ve stayed at the Turbine three years in a row because our first two visits were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, our latest stay felt like a marked step down—especially at the front desk. We weren’t recognised as returning guests, and after our reservation email went unanswered, we had to confirm the booking ourselves a week before arrival. The room showed wear and tear: the in-room info folder was shabby and missing a room-service menu. When we tried to order toasted sandwiches and chips mid-morning, we were told the fryer only switches on at noon—out of step with what a 5-star hotel promises. With a late flight, we asked for a late checkout and were offered only 11:15 (15 minutes past standard) because a “very big and important” group was due—no option to pay for a later checkout either. It left us wondering why our comfort as returning guests felt less important. We left feeling undervalued. Unless service standards and maintenance improve, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. We booked the Honeymoon Suite, room 205. The icemaker has not been cleaned. The water inside was yellow. Needless to say: we did not try make any ice. Our room was not cleaned thorougly. The shelf on top of the kitchenette had a thick layer of dust on it. The shower was black with mould. The laminated wood panel underneath the basin had water damage. The panel was swollen from dampness and pieces of the laminate had broken off. No face cloths were available. Usually all 5 star establishments has face cloths as a standard item. The breakfast, was just ok. Nothing special as one would expect of a 5 star hotel. The passage carpet was dirty. The rugs in the rest of the hotel not clean. The furniture needs replacement. Most pueces are worn. We travel abroad twice per annum. This hotel should be rated 3 star. The rates charged at Turbine is ridiculous for what you get. This hotel needs a full upgrade. The staff is super friendly though.

Tolle Lage,sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr individuelles Hotel, welches früher ein Elektrizitätswerk war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ein tolle Lage, von der man aus viele Aktivitäten an der Garden Route machen kann. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Das Turbine Hotel ist ein sehr außergewöhnliches Hotel. Der Charme der Alten Turbine wurde sehr gut erhalten und verleiht dem Hotel einen sehr coolen Look. Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum

First the positives - it’s an interesting conversion with lots of old features maintained, the waterfront location on Thesen Island is good and the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. The big bad was food poisoning which almost definitely came from a meal in the hotel and then the attitude of the front desk staff which was poor and who generally were not helpful about activities. On our trip to South Africa we stayed in 6 different places and the other 5 were great and hard to pick a winner but the Turbine was the worst.

Wonderful Staff and Breakfast! We stayed at the Turbine for the long weekend, everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is on the last day a manager came to rudely ask me to get off a video call with my 3 year old son in the restaurant. For that reason I will not be returning to this hotel, I felt the request unpolite and rude. If there was a complaint from another customer or guest, it could've been handled better. I also feel this was a direct attack, as the day before another guest was on a call right next to us, and there were no complaints or request for him to end the call.

This by far the coolest hotel we have ever stayed at . The attention to detail showcasing the old turbine power plant is unbelievable. Service and food is top notch . Our room was unbelievable so much natural light and windows and artifacts from plant throughout the room .

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf unserer Rundreise zwar nur für zwei Nächte gebucht, aber wir können es nur jedem empfehlen. Aus einer alten Fabrik wurde ein stylisches Hotel gezaubert. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und wir hatten einen super Blick auf den Pool und die kleinen Kanäle. Das Frühstück hatte alles was das Herz begehrt und es wurde sogar serviert. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi magnifique, une très belle décoration très originale.. La chambre spacieuse est propre avec une terrasse et vue sur le lac.
