席裏蘭塔度假村(Siri Lanta Resort)

Ich war mit diesem 3-Sterne-Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sind groß und sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und hat für die Nacht einen Quiet-Modus, der Pool ist groß und die ganze Anlage hübsch und sehr gepflegt. Das sehr nette Personal organisiert alles (Roller, Transporte, Ausflüge, …) und alles funktioniert perfekt. Und ja, das Bett war sehr hart, dafür gibt es aber von mir keinen Abzug in der Bewertung.

Stayed for 3 nights, room had recently been decorated. Spacious bungalow style room, massive comfy bed! Large fridge and strong air con! The staff were helpful and did the laundry for a fab price , organised our transfer and motorbikes for the day! Thanks all 🫶 they also come round in the afternoon with fresh fruit, give you umbrellas and welcome you with coconut water and freshly baked banana cake!! Fabulous stay!

Personnels pas du tout au niveau et peu pas vous aider. Première fois que je paye les bouteilles d’eau en plastique dans le frigo. Mais gratuit pour les bouteilles en verres dehors et chaude. Une aberration qui n’est pas précisée par le personnel. Il toujours bon de faire quelques argents en plus.

This resort was absolutely wonderful even during the rainy season. The manager, Bunty, and staff made you feel like family. My husband and I will definitely return! The rooms are large and comfortable. The oceanside lounge is beautiful and relaxing. 04 Sep 2023

Un petit coin de paradis et de quiétude ! Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Le personnel de l hôtel est très gentil et nous aide pour l organisation de la suite du voyage. Les chambres sont joliment décorées spacieuses et confortables ! Je le conseille sans problème

I stayed here for 14 nights, my second stay at this beautiful resort. What I like: - Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful surroundings - Nice and quiet location at the best beach in Koh Lanta, - Very friendly and helpful staff - Beautiful and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower - Delicious food, healthy options for breakfast and great smoothies in the beach bar, the pizzas are also very good, italien style I enjoyed my stay so much and had a lot of fun with the staff. And an extra shout out to the new manager who notices the details and goes that extra mile for the guests. He helped me when my taxi for the airport didn't show up, even though I didn't book it through the resort. Great service!

Need to disclose that we were surprised when we arrived - had stuffed up our booking and thought we were going elsewhere but still, things were made much worse by the attitude of the reception staff. The room was not as communicated, when we shortened our stay the room price went up by 20% and breakfast was no longer included. You get a feeling about a place when it’s dominated by signs listing rules.

Liked · The grounds were exotic and with beautiful trees but needed some tlc to tidy it up. The bungalows were bright and fairly clean. Air con worked well. Freshly prepared food for the breakfast buffet. Omelette or fried eggs cooked to order. Fridge in the room. Lovely pool. Disliked · The staff family - they were extremely rude. On arrival at the reception counter my passport was demanded twice and then so was payment before I had chance to open my handbag, there was no please, no thank you, no hello or welcome to the property. Throughout my 3 night stay we were not acknowledged, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and an inconvenience and this was mentioned by other customers (of different nationalities). The family ( I counted 9) constantly helped themselves to the breakfast buffet without speaking to or acknowledging the guests and made me feel like I was in the way. The dining area was small. Their boys used the swimming pool for several hours at a time with inflatables. Sunbeds were reserved with towels before 7am by guests who did not appear before 10am. Only 13 sunbeds available, which was not enough. Three pairs of manky and well used flip flops in the room for guests use!! Mattresses were on a concrete base. The property is down a dirt track. We asked on the day before leaving for a late check out at 12.30pm (extra 1.5 hours) which was agreed but at 10am on the day we were approached whilst we were in the pool, by daughter of family who very rudely told us we were to leave our room by 12 as it was required for other guests. Customer Service skills throughout our stay were non existent. Would I return to this property? - No. Would I recommend this property to anyone? - definitely No.

We loved our stay here: great welcoming, super sweet staff, beautiful beach and great food. Definitely a great place for a lovely holiday, it was really sad to say goodbye! We visited lanta in the low season, so the place were really quiet and peaceful
