Actually, there are 3 jetty in Lipe on Pattaya beach and there are many boats arriving at the same time. We arranged the staff to pick up our guest from the pier to resort with complimentary service if we know the boat name and arrival time or you can get tricycle taxi to our resort and we can pay for you but you never contact to our resort before until you walking to resort and review like this.For the room if there is any problem you can contact our Reception first for the solutions as we can be flexible as possible to move the room or free upgrade the room for you.However, we'll improve our facilities and services in our resort as you mentioned and hope to welcoming you back again next time if required.Best regards,Bella Vista Beach Resort Koh Lipe
