特里爾酒店的評價

Ein unmögliches kleines Doppelzimmer haben wir bekommen, was wir so nicht gebucht hätten. Nirgends sieht man dieses Zimmer nur große moderne egal auf welchem Buchungsportal. Wir hätten anrufen sollen für ein anderes Zimmer war die Antwort an der Rezeption. Unmöglich sowas dem Gast anzubieten, wo man sich dauernd stößt und nicht sich normal bewegen kann. Das ist eine Abstellkammer gewesen im 3. Stock und Fenster so klein und nass. Wir haben gefroren Bettdecke zu dünn es zieht überall egal ob im Flur oder im Frühstücksraum. An diesem Wochenende war es sehr kalt gewesen in Koblenz minus 4 Grad da merkt man das das Hotel alt ist. Im Bad keine Heizung und dahin rauf mit Stufen.Man kann direkt sich aufs Bett fallen lassen ob vom Bad oder der Zimmertür. Wir hatten uns auf ein schönes Wochenende in Koblenz gefreut. Sind sehr enttäuscht worden. Frühstück war lecker mehr auch nicht. Nein nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel es war einfach eine Frechheit dieses Zimmer für 2 Gäste anzubieten

2 Nächte gebucht beim Hotel direkt. Zimmer zum Innenhof im ersten Stock, Blick auf die Lüftungsanlage des Nachnarn incl. der permanenten Geräusche. Beide Lampen am Bett defekt und stark abgenutzt. Heizkörper wird nur teilweise warm. Zimmerwechsel wurde versprochen. Jedoch wollte man am nächsten Morgen davon nichts mehr wissen. Erst nach nachdrücklicher Forderung nach Preisnachlass oder Rückerstattung wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Jetzt ist mir auch klar das direkt beim Check-In bezahlt werden musste, übrigens nur Kartenzahlung möglich, was nirgends vorher ersichtlich war. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und das Personal sonst auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielleicht sollte das Management mal drüber nachdenken die ehemaligen Lagerräume nicht als Zimmer zu vermieten. Besser eines der anderen Hotels in der Altstadt aussuchen!

Hatten via Gutschein für September 2 Übernachtungen gebucht und vorher auch nochmals telefonisch und per Mail bestätigen lassen. Also wir da waren konnten Sie die Buchung im System nicht finden – vermutlich bei Betreiberwechsel verloren gegangen. Hotel war ausgebucht und man war nur bedingt bereit uns bei der Suche nach einer alternativen Übernachtung zu unterstützen. Konnten dann recht schnell mithilfe der Touristeninfo ein anderes Hotel finden. Für die Gutscheinkosten sollten wir die Rechnung an Trierer Hof schicken, was wir vor Ort und per Mail machten. Warten bis heute auf Antwort und Rückerstattung. Unverschämt!

Superbtollrs Hotel . Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen würden immer wieder kommen.

Im Rahmen einer Fahrradtour hier übernachten. Zentrale Lage in der Stadt aber nicht laut. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man für so ein Hotel erwarten darf. Super Frühstück für einen guten Start in den Tag. Abstellmöglichkeit für das E-Bike sind super, mitten im Hotel.

Our room was well located in the hotel, just along the hall from the breakfast room. The room somewhat small but was provided with a wardrobe and a desk, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny, just enough room to turn around, but the shower had plenty of hot water and soap, shampoo etc was provided. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from Koblenz Stadmitte rail station, and is just a few minutes walk to the Altstadt.

Für einen Städtetrip ist dieses Haus ideal gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des gesamten Personals in dem Familien-geführten Hotel. Der Trierer Hof ist zentral gelegen, und von dort aus kann man fußläufig problemlos die Stadt Koblenz erkunden. Allerdings macht sich die Lage an einer doch relativ stark befahrenen Straße bei geöffnetem Fenster recht deutlich bemerkbar. Die Einzelzimmer, hier 301, sind von ihrer Größe her durchaus für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Dem Gast stehen circa 15 m² zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer ist ausreichend Platz für Garderobe vorhanden. Das Bett ist komfortabel breit und garantiert so einen guten Schlaf. Die vorhandene Fläche (ca. 2,60 x 0,80) des modernen Badezimmers ist optimal genutzt. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das kleine Designer-Waschbecken. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das gesamte Personal des Hotels. Man merkt es den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an, dass ihnen ihr Beruf Freude bereitet und sie dies auch gegenüber dem Gast in jeder Situation gerne zum Ausdruck bringen. Das Frühstück bietet mit seinen zahlreichen Komponenten einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge by European standards and plenty big by American ones. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was in a beautiful room with a large selection of bread, cheese, fruit, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First off, the hotel is very well located within walking distance to the train station, the river and old town Koblenz. When we arrived, we didn't have any information on parking. The hotel has none so we pulled into the check in space in front of the hotel (very tight since there was another car already there) in order to inquire. We were given a parking card and told where the public parking garage was located to park the car. We were early for check in and our room wasn't ready yet. After our two day stay, we realized that the white car parked in the check in spot belonged to a first shift hotel employee. We returned to the hotel a couple of hours later, at check in time, and were told that housekeeping was running late due to a broken elevator so our room still wasn't ready. When we finally got our room, we were asked at what time we planned to have breakfast so that a table would be available for us. We picked 7:30. I hauled our bags up two floors worth of stairs, (I'm 62 years old with heart issues) because of the broken elevator. There were only two woman at the check in desk so I didn't ask for help with the bags. Once we got into the room we found it to be modest for the price but clean. The high temperature was in the mid 70's both days of our stay so it was warm in the room. There was an air conditioning unit on the wall but no remote to be found. You would think that if they planned on you being able to use it, the remote would be in the room, just like the TV. The window was open, but it didn't help much. As others have stated, it is VERY noisy. You would think that people would go home at a certain time but the noise was there all night. People talking loudly, loud cars, trash trucks, etc.. We wanted to close the window but without air, it would be unbearable. The breakfast was good with a reasonable variety of food. The second morning was a Saturday so we showed up for breakfast again at 7:30 to find that it wasn't being served yet. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 on weekends (it would have been nice if they would have told us) so I got the car and loaded it. At that point I wasn't going to change our plans so we left without breakfast. We did discuss our grievances with the lady at the front desk upon leaving, but felt like we were going in circles. The bottom line, it is a great location, and it is overpriced for what you get unless you find the location acceptable justification. Plan to ask questions. They do not offer any information without asking. They do have air conditioner remotes at the front desk but you have to ask for them. Our next stop was a Marriott in Nuremberg and it was great to get early check in and to have everything explained at the beginning of our stay. I'm curious if the elevator has been repaired yet.

Generally rather nice hotel in the centre of the town. Everything was in good order generally, breakfast was good, if a little limited in range. Our room was disappointing, an attic room, roomy enough, but with a rooftop window and views of a brick wall inches away. We only stayed one night. I would recommend the hotel, but be choosy about the room.

Cet hôtel est très pratique : il est situé en plein centre-ville. Nos hôtes sont très sympa. L'un parle français. Le petit déjeuner continental est bon. L’hôtel est très bien insonorisé alors que nous donnions sur la rue. La literie est très bien. Il n’y a pas de parking privé. Il faut utiliser le parking publique Schloss. L’hôtel peut donner une carte parking. C’est l’aspect le moins pratique du séjour mais si vous accepter de perdre trois minutes pour rendre la carte alors cet hôtel est à recommander pour votre visite de Coblence.

優點： 樂於助人且非常友善的員工和管理階層。不遺餘力地提供協助。地理位置優越，非常靠近城鎮的歷史區以及商店和餐廳。非常乾淨，一切都運作良好，包括無線網路。 房間每天都會打掃，一切都一塵不染，補充了飲用水，枕頭上還留著一袋可愛的糖果。 早餐不錯，有新鮮水果、各種產品（甚至還有燕麥奶優格）、麵包和起司。他們甚至還在邊桌上放了報紙——這一點很好！與其他評論者不同，我們沒有遇到噪音問題。 一個小電梯的獎勵積分，這對於不想使用樓梯的人來說是很棒的。 缺點：儘管外觀看起來很有歷史感，很可愛，但房間卻很無味，而且有一種汽車旅館的氛圍。大樓內的客房數量驚人，而且大多數都相對較小。話又說回來，樂於助人的員工不遺餘力地賦予它一些特色！我們不確定如果您違反了這裡的規定（例如外出時忘帶鑰匙的規定）會發生什麼！周圍有很多標誌告訴你不要隨身攜帶。我們認為可能會遭到一些強烈反對（但我們沒有違反任何規則）。再說一次，我們在德國，所以也許這應該被視為旅行體驗的一部分！ ;-) 最好推薦住幾天。如果您想在這個美麗的歷史小鎮停留更長時間，那麼可能值得考慮購買更多公寓。

友好的接待。我們的房間升級了。中心位置。酒店前面的房間很吵，因為酒店位於十字路口。很棒的早餐有很多選擇。附近停車。

Couldn't travel because of illness, so asked the hotel to send me an email confirming we didn't stay. No response to emails, it's been 8 days now. This may affect my travel insurance claim, costing me 175 euro.
