Ein schönes Hotel, mitten in der Stadt Direkt an den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Die Zimmer waren riesig groß. Das gesamte Personal super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück gab es unten in der Bar - ein eher Continentales Frühstück (Obst, Kornflakes, Eier, Toast, Kaffee oder Tee. Das war aber auch mal eine Abwechslung zwischendurch, da wir sonst eher das indische Frühstück gegessen haben.

This is a lovely place to stay. An historical building with a very interesting story. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean . The bed is super comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which set us right for the day. We enjoyed ayurvedic massage treatments, highly recommend taking the treatment.

Lovely stay overall. This little boutique hotel is located in an old heritage building from 1808. Although it has modern amenities like AC, fully tiled bathrooms with running hot and cold water, etc. other building details like doors and windows seem to be original, meaning that the rooms are not very quiet. You hear your neighbours loud and clear (especially if you're on the first floor), as well as the street traffic, however I found that to be part of the charm. It's no more bothersome than that you can pop in a pair of standard earplugs and sleep well. Beds are softer than in India overall (which can often be as hard as the floor) so even European and American backs will find it okay, if not comfortable even! It's located in the most northern part of Fort Cochi, which is quite a lot more touristy than other parts. However, "genuine" Fort Cochi is no more than a 10 min walk away.
