芬芳自然柯欽(Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel)

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Si les alentours immédiats de l'hôtel laissent à désirer (maison en ruine), l'établissement est en revanche très beau et confortable. Le personnel est adorable et la piscine sur le toit avec vue sur Fort Kochi est le principal atout de l'hôtel. Bien situé, non loin du vieux Kochin historique.

Parfait comme d'habitude. Je tiens à remercier Harikrishnan, le ***ageur, et toutes les equipes de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse. Leur professionnalisme et sympathie m'ont fait passé un tres bon séjour La cuisine sous la responsabilité du chef Sreejest est excellente. Je le recom***de +++

Hôtel de très bon confort, personnel très disponible avec cependant peu d’expérience au regard des prestations attendues dans cette catégorie. Bien que situé hors des centres d’interêt, la présence per***ente de rickshaw permet de se déplacer à moindre coût. Le nombre d’étoiles correspond aux normes locales. Le Spa est d’un très bon niveau. En revanche la croisière proposée sur les backwaters est à éviter.

Très bonne surprise, l'hôtel a un très beau cachet historique et est parfaitement entretenu. L'atrium central, la piscine sur le toit et les différents espaces salons sont très agréables. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Les principales attractions sont à 5min en rick-shaw (tuk-tuk)

Bel établissement. Très lumineux. Personnel très attentionné, mention spéciale pour Sabrina de la réception. Elle a été très à l'écoute et nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Nous avons également apprécié l'animation du soir (petit concert). Les choix au niveau du petit déjeuner et du dîner en demie pension ne sons pas (selon nous) assez variés. Petit bémol sur la qualité de la literie, assez moyenne, surtout concernant le lit d'appoint. Petite remarque également concernant les disparités au niveau du SPA. J'ai pu bénéficier d'un massage "Abyanga" de très grande qualité, alors celui de ma femme n'était pas du même niveau (en plus de ma climatisation trop forte et directement sur elle). Au final, nous garderons en mémoire un bon souvenir de cet hôtel, notamment grâce à son personnel au petit soin (merci Sabrina).

We had a great stay at FN in Fort Cochin. Brilliant location- 5 mins walk from ferry to mainland and thr lovely Pepper House and a short tuk tuk or 10-15 min walk to fishing nets. Our room was huge and had good views. We did have to move rooms as they are doing some renovations but was not an issue. Staff are friendly and welcoming and delicious breakfasts. Rooftop pool is such a bonus too with fantastic views. Would stay again.

Fragrant Nature is a beautiful and one-of-a-kind hotel experience. From the moment I stepped on the premises and every interaction I had with staff, I was wowed by the surroundings and impressed by the professionalism and consideration of the team. I accessed the Prana Spa on-site and had the 3.5-hour treatment package. My massage therapist was Aswin. Aswin is an excellent therapist. He has a good balance of being gentle and firm. He created an environment in which I felt relaxed and safe. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Excellent service overall. Great rooms. Great food. Would highly recommend anyone visiting fort kochi to stay here. Fully relaxing and enjoyable. The Prana spa is especially a worthwhile experience and was wonderfully greeted by Aswin and his team extending to a wonderful abhyanga massage experience from himself.
