Good Location but we found that the property is totally overpriced- Room was small but very clean. However there was no provision for hot water cattle, mini bar or no other amenities even after paying nearly INR 15000 per night. And that price did not even include the breakfast. If the rooms were fairly priced; it would be a great property to stay because it is a good location within Fort Kochi - but to charge 5 stars Luxury hotel rates and provide with 2-3 star comfort and rooms with almost no other amenities; no room-service, no restaurant, no pool, no garden, no terrace… The only reason we would not recommend this place is because of totally overpriced room tariffs. Not at all a good value for money. Just look around in Fort Kochi and you will certainly find a much better deal and much better hotels.

This hotel is located in the heart of Mattancherry (also known as Jew Town). On the whole breakfasts are good, suggest the hotel doesn’t offer sausages as they are ultra-processed. Other than sausages I just must say this hotel is an excellent establishment that I would thoroughly recommend this as a base to visit Kochi. The area is famous for its blend of Portuguese, Dutch, and Jewish heritage, centered around the Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace), spice trading and antiques. Also the proximity of the Mattancherry ferry terminal offers government ferry service (KSWTD) and the Kochi Water Metro.

This is a lovely hotel in a nice part of town, close to lots of shops, restaurants and places to see. The hotel staff are really nice and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and quiet at night as it is slightly removed from the more touristy areas by the sea. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast was great. Clean and well located great staff. Located in the jew town 3 min walk from historic Cynagog and big antiques shops. 10 min in tuktuk to Vasco de Gama square Clean..no mosquitoes like in some several stars hotel of fort Cochin. Breakfast home made and some dishes available Very helpful staff Rooms are simple but very convinient with modern bathroom. Very neat. Dedicated staff

There were 2 reasons why this was a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the atmospheric Jewtown and the Dutch Palace and with plenty of cafes and restaurants also just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good and plentiful but the biggest reason for it being a great stay was Alain who was so helpful when we wanted to arrange a trip on an Alleppey houseboat even managing to get me a discount and always available with advice on the locality and offers of assistance to arrange transport. He even was happy to look after our luggage when we checked out to spend the last night of our holiday on a houseboat. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best places to stay near Fort Kochi. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff and manager, Aneesh are really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and prepared well. The entire experience feels as if we were really taken care of, which is not something you can say about most hotels. In summary, it's a small and cute place which one must try if looking for some chill time :)

Nice small Hotel at the heart of Jewtown and very short walk from the synagouge. Hotel.kindly agreed to my special requests. Note there is no elevator - this was no problem for me. I was offered to carry my suitcase.

From the minute we arrived, Alain and the Daffodils' staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious and very clean. A truly charming boutique hotel. What a delightful little find in the Kochi Jew Town area. Right around the corner from amazing antique and quality gift and spice shops, an area rich in history, culture and local cuisine. And, just a short auto rickshaw ride to the Fort Kochi area. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
