This the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No restaurant. No breakfast. Filthy room. Bathroom mouldy and water does not drain from floor so one is always walking in a puddle. No window since a cupboard blocks it. No aircon. no bedside lights. Room does not get cleadne during the day. True enough it is a fine builing but so unloved. Dust and dirt everywhere. Yes there is a swimming pool, which is a plus. But broken tiles, grass growing between the tiles, animal excrements... We got our as soon as possible. How this place can be given 3 stars is beyond me

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff with good behavior and nice location. Deluxe facilities with spacious desk and chair with highly rich environment. Specially staffs so good. And swimming pool, with good facilities, such a wonderful place.

Nice neat and clean room.lovely experience.Nice hotel with great food. Staff is very good. They arrange food for us even at 12am and served with smile. Staff is cooperative, food is mouth watering, place is so peaceful, what else one wants.

The heritage resort is good place to relax and enjoy. It is around 1.5 km from fort kochi beach. The host & staffs were really friendly. My trip was for 3 days. I explored fort kochi, mattanchery, etc.
