Отель понравился, чистое белоснежное постельное белье, халаты, вода горячая всегда, хороший бассейн, вода тёплая приятная. Завтраки в отеле хорошие, Индийские блюда, а также были и сосиски и курица, также готовят омлет. Месторасположение отличное, рядом торговый центр, соседнее здание, можно прогуляться пешком до набережной проходя мимо большого рынка.

The hotel was okay overall. Check-in was easy, and the staff were polite except the security who is rude had an argument with the driver for no reason..The room was clean but a bit outdated, and the lobby area is small. One downside was the restaurant schedule—if you want to have a coffee at 6:00 a.m., you’re out of luck, since the restaurant opens late. The bed was comfortable enough, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but a few small improvements would make it better.

we came to ernakulam for shopping, the best place is obviously to stay is this area. worth the money spent and more..

I have seen the property from outside..property is good. not so new but well maintained. location is good MG road near mall ,shops etc food is really good. I had complimentary break fast as well as dinner .. breakfast has too many items . if you take 1 item for taste , then you are done. I preferred only veg on friday. you have non veg items too...

Good Location Good Staff Property and Furniture are old, even though they are maintaining it well, needs upgradation.

Reception service is what customers experience first. There fore, it is highly recommend to give some professional training to the reception staff.

Wonderful stay at abad plaza, cochin my stay at hotel abad plaza was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and the dining options were excellent.
