Perfect location, easy for Lulu mall and bus routes, spacious and clean rooms but service is not that good.

The hotel is in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, the rooms were full of mosquitoes, the fan speed meter was not working properly, and the bed sheets were of poor quality. They also charged extra for basic amenities like water. Too many workers moving around made it feel less private.

As per villa amenities, it was okay for me. Don’t expect like hotel such as Water heater, cleaned bed sheets, drinking water

In kochi you can easily get ac rooms under 1400 budget but here i got a room like lodge facilities with very bad type and non ac. Very very scary experience

The location and atmosphere of the villa are pleasant, but the rooms and bathrooms are not clean also smelly. The staff's behavior was totally disappointing. They are not supportive, their attitude is like they are willing to accommodate people.

Third class room and they have demanded for extraoney, they took 500 rs also, worst room worst bed.

Bad are not comfortable as expected and the issue with the room cleaning service was not good. Didn't click the photos.

Palm Grove Serviced Villa is a peaceful retreat with a great location, making it excellent value for money. The outdoor area is one of its biggest highlights — a well-kept garden filled with greenery, birds, a badminton court, swings, and space to relax or play, making it ideal for families and nature lovers. The overall ambiance is serene, and the staff are friendly and helpful. While the non-AC rooms are quite average and could use some upgrades, the environment and surroundings more than make up for it. Opting for an AC room is a better choice, especially in hotter seasons. A great budget-friendly option for those looking to unwind in a natural setting.

Absolutely recommended stay. Peaceful and safe area enriched with trees and plants. Surprised to see this in a busy city. Just go for it.
