Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

All good except the location which is a bit tricky to visit the city main spots! But it was still absolutely worth it!

Shocking Negligence and Arrogant Management I am writing this review after witnessing how poorly a guest was treated at this hotel. During checkout, the hotel’s own vehicle reversed carelessly and hit a guest’s car, causing visible damage. The driver was extremely negligent and clearly did not check the rear mirror before reversing. What was even more disturbing was the way the management handled the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the managers—including the general manager—were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They simply told the guest to claim insurance and refused to discuss proper compensation, as if such incidents are normal and acceptable. The guest was spoken to disrespectfully, almost as if he was at fault, and the management seemed more concerned about incoming guests than resolving a serious issue caused by their own staff. This reflects a very careless, ruthless, and irresponsible management culture. This grievance needs to be addressed immediately. If this attitude continues, many more guests will face similar issues and will be forced to share their experiences publicly through reviews like this. Such behavior seriously damages the hotel’s reputation and trust.

Tout était très bien. La chambre était très agréable, la nourriture très bonne, idéalement situé pour aller vers Fort Kochi et les Backwaters. Mention spéciale pour le chauffeur de l'hôtel, Swaroop, qui m'a accompagné tout le long et qui m'a aidé à trouver tout ce que je voulais.

I stayed in Ramada resort kochi for two nights. it was pleasant stay, nice and helpful staff I stayed at a cottage in the resort but be aware not all cottages are facing the swimming pool , there are a couple of them are not . Although all cottages are facing the backwaters. Room was big but the decor needs to be updated. This resort had seen a better days. Breakfast was good with more choices. The staff at the reception were friendly and even arranged a taxi for me to go and visit a friend in Pala , and also arranged a transfer to the airport. The swimming pool area was nice clean and good view of the backwaters. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort although it was a bit out of town and not much to do or see outside the resort and no nearby shops or eateries. But if you want to stay somewhere where it is quiet and peaceful then this would be the place.

Hôtel très agréable, surtout les bungalows au bord de la piscine avec vue sur le lac. Personnel très à l'écoute. Petit-déjeuner excellent et varié. Le seul bémol : un peu de bruit certaines soirées car des mariages y sont organisés mais ça ne se termine jamais tard.

Très bon hôtel, calme et bien équipé, bon restaurant et recommandé en famille. Service de taxi a prix raisonnable, transfert depuis l'aéroport sans problème et très ponctuel avec d'excellent chauffeur très prudent, mais ca reste une conduite de style local :-)

Good vibes and a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommended

Wow! Wow!Wow! I arrived at 230 am and was rather apprehensive at the distance and layout , and thought why did i come here? But come morning the cottages facing the backwater’s The pool, gardens and ambiance was like a healing experience for the soul! Unlike the big tall building brand hotels I stayed in Kochi before which might be more luxurious than this, i was absolutely delighted with the calm,the views,the spa, the seafood restaurant. The cost if food is so reasonable , the taste was perfect. Lovely soulful music live here.I’ll admit it isn’t materialistically luxurious but i promise you from an experienced traveler its luxurious for the mind and soul! Every single staff is simple, polite and genuine. Oh i will definitely visit again with my daughter and son and their spouses. Although 45 min from airport its worth it! I imagine it would make a great wedding venue !

Had gone with family to kochi , found the Ramada resort absolutely wonderful, the breakfast was nice too with both the continental and local cuisine, loved the idiyappam with the curry and what pleased me more than anything, was the smiling faces all arround. Thank you for your wonderful service.

A superb property. Constructed with a lot of attention to detail. Extremely comfortable rooms. The only shortcoming is the vegetarian food. It’s extremely ordinary. For a high end hotel which is a resort it’s important to have a very high quality of food so guests don’t have to get out. All the meals breakfast lunch and dinner were really poor. We go to a resort for other additions like Ayurveda massages. However the property did not have the massages due to ongoing construction work. This was a big disappointment.
