Très belle demeure er spacieuse à la décoration sobre et agréable. Très bon emplacement pour profiter de Fort Cochin. Chambre spacieuse avec un « majordome » Hareesh, aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable et pourvoir à toute demande.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kimansion Inn. It's a beautiful, unique building with many characterful features. Our bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and we had a huge amount of space. Sadly no hot water in the bathroom but we didn't mind. Special mention goes to Harish, who was available 24/7 to attend to our every need. Some people have hospitality in their blood and he is certainly one of them.

I enjoyed a three night stay in this beautiful heritage building. My room was large with a seating area just outside the door withs comfortable bed. The breakfasts are excellent. The welcome it’s warm and Hareesh is there 24 hours a day to help. The location is convenient but slightly away from the busyness. The only downside was that the shower was barely adequate because of the low water pressure

Exquisite 2 days stay in a Dutch colonial house, nicely decorated with old wooden furniture. Elegant and spacious, but needs some refreshing (bathroom, windows). Harish, the in house manager, was a perfect host, friendly, reliable and flexible !

Amazing experience, hareesh is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and we'll kept. We were given fresh sheets and towels. The location is also prime in fort kochi, all things are walking distance from here. Would recommend this to everyone visiting kochi

Lovely character building, well placed in Kochin for walking around the town. Has potential to be even better with a bit of maintenance! Hareesh was always looking to help and appeared to be on call 24hrs a day. What I expected from an Indian hotel. Except water was either too hot and unable to mix with cold water or cold. Plugs hanging off, wouldn't be able to do this in Europe, so it's run by an English woman so should have known better!

Amazing vibe with heritage portuguese style building and rooms. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. But the thing that makes this such a wonderful place to stay are the staff. All of the people especially Rizwan, Hareesh & Julie were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled as a couple and lots of luggage. This was one of the best places we stayed in the four weeks when we were in India.

I can't reccomend this place highly enough....stunning colonial style building in a great location....spotlessly clean. Hareesh is a great guy couldn't do enough for you even got up at 530 am to make sure I had breakfast (I had an early flight). Julie was great to organised a tuk tuk tour got me to all the major highlights and few hidden ones too. Staying here made my stay in Fort Kochi

It's a amazing place with an awesome host, a sweet brit lady named Julie, who makes you feel like home. The place itself is a 100 or so years old and has the Colonial charm. It is situated a stones throw away from the beach and all the important places in Cochin. The prices are very reasonable and is value for money. The New host just took over the place a few months ago. The service is amazing too thanks to Harish. A definate 10/10. Do not miss this place when you come to kochi!!!

We had a lovely stay in this heritage Portuguese building over Christmas in one of the rooms on the ground floor. Check out the impressive marble flooring on the ground floor! It was very homely and relaxing and our room was huge. The continental breakfast was delicious and we were additionally treated with home baked traditional plum cake. Hareesh and the British couple running this residence went out of their way to make us feel right at home. We wished we could have stayed longer!

5 stars to the hospitality of Harish and Julie. We stayed here on Chrismas eve. Julie baked fresh plum cake for us and the french breakfast was delicious too. The property has an old world dutch charm but at the same time it's well maintained. They were really kind to let us use the kitchen for infant's milk preperations. Overall amazing experience and would love to visit again.

The place is fabulous. It is well maintained and lives up to the expectations. It indeed takes you back to the colonial times. The host, Mr. Hareesh, is very warm and goes to great extent to ensure that you are comfortable. He even guides you with regards to places you must go to enjoy Kochi to its fullest. Thanks.

This hotel's old Portuguese-style rooms are really unique and cozy. The breakfast every day is tasty, mixing local and continental flavors. Harish, the caretaker, is super friendly and makes your stay feel really welcoming. Highly recommended for a cozy and memorable experience.

The Kimansion itself is timeless and I felt blessed to be surrounded by the beauty of Fort Kochi in such elegant living quarters. It felt nice to treat ourselves to this experience even as Ernakulam locals. The service was wonderful, Hareesh was kind and attentive and made our stay more memorable.

We had a delightful stay at this charming Fort Kochi retreat with my husband and his parents. The old British bungalow, transformed into a hotel, had a unique charm that added to the overall experience. Situated in a wonderful area, the hotel is conveniently close to the beach and other delightful sights, making our exploration of Fort Kochi easy and enjoyable. The warm hospitality of the hosts added a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. A special mention to Mr. Harish, the host, whose kindness and helpfulness enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful stay in Fort Kochi.
