Very nice room. Was not like normal king size rooms. Much bigger. And this motel was 100 a night cheaper than one down the road a little ways. Continental breakfast was included as well.

Staff is very professional and exceeded my expectations.

Nice hotel for a good breakfast and quiet aswell Only issue i saw on our stay was hotel pool was out of service and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash are all secured to the wall and pretty much empty. And only two little rolls of toilet paper in room for a family of 5 for multiple nights.

I was checked into the wrong room. Instead of changing keys to the correct room, I was given keys for the wrong room. In middle of night, folks who reserved room (2 beds and couch) arrived and were also given keys to the room. The clerk never chzz ad need the registry to show I was in the room. I had requested one bed.

Booked this location as it was one of the only hotels in Saginaw with a hot tub as that was the one request for our trip. Hot tub was colder than the pool and staff acted like it was no big deal. Upon checkout I was told they have been having that issue for a while now and there was nothing they could do as I booked third party for my stay.

Great courteous, helpful, and super polite staff, facilities and room weren’t too bad, but could use an update sooner than later. Overall had a great stay that can’t be beaten for the price.

light switches hard to find NO GRAB BAR at the toilet

Elevator broke the deposit is extremely high i wont be back here if i didn't already book it i would have canceled
