甲米蘭塔島棕櫚海灘度假村(Lanta Palm Beach Resort , Beach Front Bungalow - Koh Lanta)

This is literally the worst place I’ve stayed. Tape over the windows. Dirty sheets. Cockroaches (or something - see pic). Ants. Doors that don’t lock. Mold. We’re leaving. They don’t want to refund and Agoda isn’t being too helpful, but better to leave than risk my health. I’ve never had such a poor experience in my life, and never had to feel like I’d leave money on the table just to get out. The people that own this should be ashamed.

I am a believer in you get what you pay for but.. I was disappointed with our stay here. I didn’t expect luxury by any means, however the rooms were in need of a good deep clean. The service at the restaurant was extremely bad. On 2 occasions we ordered drinks that never arrived. Meals were brought out at different times. We waited 50 mins between them at one point. I don’t recommend opting for bed and breakfast. Choices are very slim. We were not aware at the time of booking that the card terminal was broken so we could only pay cash. We did hire a scooter that was brought to us fairly promptly. The beach is lovely and it’s in a nice location. Staff were pleasant. Overall if your looking for a cheap place to lay your head then it’s fine. Anything more I would look elsewhere.
