咖啡館和酒吧的工作人員非常友好並且很努力，即使輪班時間表不太容易理解；有時沒有任何事情發生，那裡有很多工作人員，有時發生了很多事情，但只有一個人在那裡。早餐時，可以透過紙條訂購雞蛋菜餚和少量冷盤等。自助餐額外提供的果汁、烤麵包和羊角麵包很少，提供多少更多的是巧合。看起來廚房裡仍有一些東西需要清理，而且沒有東西是冷藏的，考慮到天氣炎熱，這很遺憾。這是一個鹽水池，管道顯然很久沒有維護了，你可以清楚地看到一些角落的鏽跡。請勿穿著白色泳衣，因為它會有非常明顯的紅色色調。

Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, sodass man von der Straße nichts mitbekommt. Der Frühstücksbereich, direkt am Strand mit schönem Blick auf Koh Samui. Sehr freundliches Personal; Insbesondere Joy und Two haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend vom Platz. Das einzige Manko ist der Strand. Zum spazieren gehen schön, aber leider nicht zum baden/schwimmen. Das Wasser geht stark zuruck bei Ebbe und ist somit sehr niedrig.

Amazing stay at the Princess Paradise Koh Phangan!! We stayed here for just 2 nights, and wish it could have been longer! Stayed here for the full moon party which is only a 10 minute walk, a great location to bars a restaurants but also was nice and quiet around the hotel, right on the beach! Rooms and pool are lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond! The best breakfast during our holiday to Thailand, you receive a lovely cooked breakfast with multiple options, as well as granola/yoghurt, pastries, fruit. Thank you!! 🌟

Hôtel sympathique, chambre très correcte et personnel très gentil. Cependant la plage n’est pas adaptée à la baignade, ce qui est regrettable pour une île. La situation géographique n’est pas idéale pour la découverte de l’île (proche de la full moon). Bon petit déjeuner… je regrette juste de ne pas avoir un jus de fruit frais (idem pour les cocktails) plutôt que du jus industriel.

Je suis resté 5 nuits au Princess Paradise. L'hôtel en lui-même est très agréable, situé en bord de mer au calme, non loin du centre de Haad Rin (accessible à pied par la route ou bien en taxi), et bénéficie de couchers de soleil splendides. La chambre est joliment décorée, le lit confortable, et la terrasse agréable, tout comme la vue mer. Les parties communes (piscine, restaurant, bar et plage) sont soignées et calmes. Il faut surtout souligner le service qui est excellent, avec l'ensemble du personnel aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour des clients le plus agréable possible. Un grand merci particulièrement à Sprite, Kaowoat et Sitean pour avoir facilité l'ensemble des aspects de mon séjour (recommandations de lieux à visiter, réservation de transports, et autres conseils pour visiter l'île). Un service accueillant, chaleureux et très professionnel qui a rendu mes vacances à Koh Phanghan mémorables. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura con il mio ragazzo per quattro notti. Tutto è stato perfetto. L’albergo si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia da cui godere del tramonto ed è dotato di piscina e un ottimo ristorante che abbiamo provato sia a pranzo che a cena. Camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, con terrazzo vista mare e vasca da bagno. Staff estremamente gentile, sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Sicuramente consigliato!

Op het eerste zicht is er aan dit hotel niets aan te merken, vandaar ook mijn 5 sterren. Er hangt hier echter een raar sfeertje, alsof de werknemers een beetje bang zijn of iets dergelijks. De onthaalmedewerker is niet erg vriendelijk - eerder kordaat - maar toch correct. Wanneer we ‘s avonds in het hotel arriveerden keek de onthaalmedewerker niet eens op; dat was een beetje vreemd. Een speciale vermelding echter voor de kelner van het café - die man werkt voor 5 en schiet als een speer door het resort om allerhande goederen te halen. Die man verbrandt zeker 10.000 calorieën per dag :-) Al bij al geen slechte ervaring.

Personnel très gentil et attentif. Chambres propres, bien entretenues et belle vue des balcons. Espace piscine joli, mais qui commence à être détérioré. Petit déjeuner moyen Forte déception concernant la plage: Environnement sale et pollué, bouteilles plastiques et autres déchets. Baignade impossible

This is now my all time favourite hotel, it was absolute bliss. Location, rooms, views, staff, food.. just everything. It felt heavenly to lie by that beautiful pool and soak it all up. What makes this hotel stand out from the rest were the staff, they were the best! Nothing was too much trouble, they were so polite, respectful and helpful. Special mention to Sprite on reception, who helped me so much, and even cleaned me up along with some other staff after I came off my scooter, he was a star! And also Thuie who worked in the restaurant, who was one of the nicest, most polite and helpful young guys i've ever met. I don't know the names of all of the other amazing staff, the pool bar guy, the driver, restaurant staff, cleaners, all of them. It's hard to single anyone out because I really can't praise them enough! Give these guys a pay rise! :) The location is awesome, 10 minute walk to Haad Rin. Hope to come back here again one day, I miss it so much already!

Only stayed here for a night as passing through Koh Phangan however wish we could have stayed longer! What a little find, we loved the little touches in the room, happy hour for five hours and amazing food, the chef defo takes pride in his work! Would definitely come again!!!
