I have never experienced such heart welcoming hostesses like tik and rut that work at the reception, they helped us with everything we needed and BEYOND, gave us also free complimentary Thai boxing game tickets , booked our tickets for the next trip & checked us in. They gave us the earliest check in time at 10 which most hotels don’t do, they are really the best and I wish for them to give everyone else the same hospitality, we will never forget how amazing and welcoming they were during our whole stay. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing & the pools are very spacious and not dirty at all , there’s a dj that played really nice ambient house lounge music and also the lounges by the pool which is very well maintained , they are very fast with providing any information & request that you need , the waiters by the pool are very vigilant and quick to see that you may need them & they are very quick with their service. It’s in the center and heart of Chaweng but you won’t hear any loud music coming from the main walking street.

太棒啦，服務很好喲，入住前管家給你介紹酒店設施，房間使用，迷你吧各種免費飲料，小吃，酒.還有小孩們期待的每天一個“驚喜”電話，其實就是送一些小甜品過來，但感覺的誠意滿滿.有自己的App在上面可以用中文和酒店溝通自己的需求，反饋都很快，早餐還闊以，泳池很棒，對華人也很好，沒啥區別對待的，當然咱們自己個兒得自信哈，總的來的説酒店值得推薦，特別有娃的，我覺得和後面住的假日酒店天壤之別，後面雖説也是親子酒店但各方面還是差一截.

總體還不錯 位置很好 出門一路都是吃的 但是晚上比較吵 外麪太熱鬧哈 其實就是一幢幢疊排 挨的很緊 我們住的是最門口左手邊2樓 套房 一個卧室一個洗漱室 空間都比較大不錯 有免費的香蕉干吃 大堂也有免費水果 房間還有膠囊咖啡機 牀上的擺設也比較用心 用樹枝拼字母 住了兩晚 早餐非常好 還有鮮榨的果汁 還有芒果提供 是我濤島 蘇梅4個酒店裡早餐最豐盛的 但是也是唯一一家要另收小孩費用的 每天450泰銖 虧的是 第二天一大早來不及用早餐我們就要趕去坐船離開 雖然酒店給我們打包了早餐 肯定不如在酒店吃舒服 吃的多 這家酒店房價也是最高的 泳池就完了一天 沙灘和濤島真的沒法比 我覺得要玩水玩沙玩海就去濤島 如果想熱鬧夜生活就選蘇梅

入住這裏可以說是非常驚喜了，價格不貴，但是環境真的超棒， 住在離海不到二十米的地點，下海游泳不要太方便。出房間幾米就是早餐餐廳，早餐雖然不豐盛但是吃的也不錯，整個酒店都是各種樹木植被，走在道路上感覺非常舒心，而走出住宿區，泳池和大海就近在眼前，感覺真的是太棒了！酒店正門出去就是查汶街，各種餐廳，711，全家，藥店，spa，租車店，旅行社到處都是，酒店對麪就是蘇梅島最大的商場，你需要的東西在裏面都可以找到。晚上商場的兩邊都有夜市，各類小吃酒水飲料，還有歌手和熱舞表演，有的歌手唱歌唱功非常棒，好聲音級別的，還有一羣對跳舞特別熱愛的男孩子跳女團舞。酒店的後面就是沙灘上，左右兩邊五百米都是各類沙灘餐廳和酒吧，晚上非常熱鬧，也有很多表演，尤其是煙火表演非常精彩，花兩百多泰銖點幾瓶啤酒或者飲料就可以躺在躺椅上看到半夜，吹着海風喝着啤酒看著錶演，沒有比這更舒服的了。想出海浮潛或者別的一日游也很簡單，街上很多旅行社都提供預定，包括酒店也有，當然也可以通過攜程**預定。以上是優點，現在說說缺點，首先就是房間洗澡水忽冷忽熱，每次洗澡都有點不便，其次就是酒店的房間配置，我訂的私人泳池別墅除了多一個私人泳池，其他方面反而不如便宜兩三百的花園別墅的好，沒有花園別墅房的小牀，浴缸，總覺得有點不滿意，還有就是服務員打掃房間，如果不說，她都捨不得換個新的香皂，六天才換了一次。總體來說瑕不掩瑜，對這次蘇梅島入住的酒店非常滿意，下次來還打算再次入住這裏。

Such a wonderful resort with the best staff ever. It is situated on the best part of Chaweng Beach and only a short walk to the centre of Chaweng. The initial stay (2weeks) was such a happy experience we decided to return to the Baan after visiting another island for a further week! From check in at the Baan the reception desk staff were so genuinely helpful and pleasant, very efficient check in with a welcome drink each and then shown to our room which was spotless and fresh. The breakfast staff, Tan, Sonny and team were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for us, so genuinely wonderful with a great sense of humour, very personal attention each day. The young ladies who made up our room did a wonderful job, the room was fresh and faultless every day, I’ve never seen a bed made as well as they do here! Speaking of bed it was soo comfortable and the aircon worked a treat. The room was smallish with minimal storage space but sufficient. We have been to the Baan 10 times now over the years and it has never failed to impress. A quality resort with a wonderful pool, so clean and the water is balanced perfectly. In five weeks away the Baan was the high lite. Thank you to all for making a stay so wonderful!!!

Honestly my stay wasn't up to the mark at all considering what others have reviewed on trip advisor,they didn't have bell boys to take luggage, and the way to your room is a rocky surface make sure u don't have heavy luggage if ur planning to book here cause they expect us to carry all the luggage you have to your room, the whole resort felt understaffed as they only do cleaning ever 2 days which was weird , the restaurant is only good for Italian food and is a bad option for vegetarians. Now to the rooms, we booked the most premium room they had and i shall upload some images which might help you understand what it looks like. There won't be hot water if ur planning to have a hot comforting shower and also the shower is 6ft soo If your plus 6 ft you won't be able to have a peaceful shower also as u will have to bend to bathe with cold water. The rooms in general are dark and timid if you choose to have some privacy, as they have 2 huge clear glass door / window up front which accounts for 90% of the rooms light but people walking pass can easily see and look at your which was another weird thing to have if your planning to have a peaceful stay here, the wash basin is also placed outside in your room and not in the washroom for some reason💀 the keys they give you to your room are also the most weird way to entering a room in 2022 as it's a key which goes 4 ways in but only opens one way it's frustrating way to enter your room. The only reason to choose this hotel is to be near central Samui and a beach front, the pool is also ideal for kids only as one stroke and i was at the end of the pool 😂. I hope this helps certain travellers.

完美的地理位置。2分鐘車程到擁擠的茶汶海灘,但酒店區域絕對安靜。泳池區域充滿自然。房間很大,時尚,乾淨,非常明亮。牀很好,又大又軟,你得到了4個枕頭😄工作人員很親切友好。尤其是早餐工作人員。早餐很好吃!我猜這是整個住宿中最好的部分。他們甚至每天有200泰銖的摩托車租金。
