Cielo Boutique Hotel & Spa Samui

Très bel hôtel, décoration soignée et personnel professionnels et souriants merci à eux...tout est parfait, chambre sublime et grande, il manque juste un point d eau en bas du duplex garden.chambre très bien équipée. Piscine très belle accès plage direct.hotel très bien placé. Très bon restaurant, petits déjeuners complets servi à table de très bonne qualité. Seul bémol...le patron choisi sa clientèle pour les saluer...il est passé à côté de notre table sans même un bonsoir..merci...tout se passe bien ? Dommage de se sentir moins important que certains qui commandent des bouteilles a 100€.

Nous résidons 3 mois de l’année à KHO SAMUI et venons manger au restaurant 1 fois par semaine le soir… Ils nous arrivaient de passer l’après midi boire un shake sur un bed, près de la piscine. Aujourd’hui nous avons voulu prendre un bed, l’employée a demandé l’accord à son patron, (Nous avons bien expliqué à l’employée notre situation) et elle est revenue vers nous en nous précisant que les beds n’étaient pas pour nous, bien que libres, et que nous avions des poufs dans le fond… Nous sommes partis très mécontents et sommes allés chez le concurrent a proximité qui nous a accueilli cordialement… En résumé à c’est endroit on vous accepte pour la restauration uniquement sinon aller ailleurs!!! Nous en avons bien pris note et nous ne reviendrons plus dans votre établissement

Top Restaurant mit internationaler und Thaiküche, sowie einer herrlichen Auswahl an frisch gegrilltem Sea food. Sehr gutes Service ( waiter Bea spricht gut Englisch und hat ihr Handwerk gelernt ). Man sitzt besonders schön im luftigen Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer und gechillter Musik im Hintergrund. Die Cocktails schmecken besser als in anderen Resorts. Insgesamt war es einer unserer besten Lokalbesuche auf Ko Samui.

Un superbe boutique hôtel en bord de mer. Chambres à la décoration délicate et un restaurant excellent. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner servi sur une superbe terrasse (jus de fruits frais, granula, gaufre ...). Une adresse à garder, à partager et y retourner sans hésitation.

After 6 weeks of travelling Thailand this was our last stop and to celebrate my 30th. Stayed with husband, 2 year old and 5 month old daughters. Wow wow wow - Food, accommodation, staff, spa, literally everything was flawless and exceptional. I couldn’t fault a single thing. Even the other customers there were so lovely. We stayed for 4 nights, we ate there for lunch and dinner every single day. We had something different every time and was all amazing. Was nice not to have Thai food, you can get that anywhere. Could tell the chefs were very passionate about what they do! My husband wanted to organise some things for my birthday to make it special and he said that the staff were super helpful in sorting things. I had the best massage ever! And we used the baby sitting facilities, highly recommend both. Lovely ladies. He also got some flowers organised which house keeping put in a lovely display. I cannot remember anybody’s names however staff always went above and beyond! Especially the restaurant staff! Absolute gems! Rooms, pool, grounds were all pristine! The sunbeds were the comfiest I’ve ever sat on! Honestly could not recommend this hotel more! I really hope we get to visit again in the future!

Tranquillité de l’hôtel, décoré avec goût et très propre tout en entant proche de fisherman village. Très joli coin piscine avec vue sur la mer. Excellent restaurant. Personnel de l’hôtel adorable et arrangeant. Nous conseillons cet hôtel les yeux fermés

We had such a great stay at the Cielo. We had one of the 3 bedroom villas with a private pool, for us and our three kids and all of us had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast was incredible, the main pool perfectly situated overlooking the beach. We used the free paddle boards in the mornings and went to the Fisherman’s village market in the evenings. An absolute dream of a location. The staff were all lovely and made our 5 nights there the perfect end to our holiday. Would defo recommend!

Séjour en famille 11 jours à Noël. C’était la deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans cet hôtel. La rénovation est exceptionnelle ! La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel est top ! La situation est idéale. Bref vous l’aurez compris, tout est parfait. Big hug à Pauline . Nous reviendrons c’est certain

My girlfriend and I stayed at Cielo for 5 nights at the end of a two week holiday in Thailand. Cielo was chosen to be the climax of our holiday and we were seduced by the location and aesthetics of the hotel after reviewing the website and its instagram. The architecture and rooms of the hotel are undoubtedly beautiful on the surface, the pool area and sunbeds are luxurious, whilst the restaurant food is very good. However, our stay at Cielo was generally poor and ruined by the substandard quality of our room and other amenities at the hotel. Our first day set the tone for our stay. Upon arrival from the airport, reception was empty so we were left alone for around 10 minutes with no hotel staff around (even though we had emailed in advance with our flight details and intended arrival time). After we were eventually shown to our room, we headed to the pool where a children’s birthday party was taking place - cue lots of shrieking and splashing from young children with zero concern shown by the attending parents and a loud ‘birthday’ themed playlist banging over the pool speakers. Cielo is a boutique hotel, therefore the pool area is small, meaning you are relying on the good grace of other guests, there is no space to move to a ‘quieter’ area and so the noise/splashing was inescapable. After one child proceeded to complete their 11th dive bomb in a row (thereby ensuring that our cocktails that we had purchased from the bar were at least 70% pool water), a parent did finally ask if we were being bothered. From her, we learned amazingly that this party was being thrown by the owners of the hotel for their daughter. We were therefore even more astounded by the lack of concern shown by the parents/owners for the other guests given the owners were the ones throwing the party for their own benefit. Sadly that was a prevalent theme during our stay, namely we got the feeling that the owners were generally content to use the hotel as their own accommodation (other examples include reserving the best seats in the restaurant for their friends and family each meal time) and as guests we should just be content that we were allowed to be present alongside them. Of course, as they are the owners, they may be entitled to act in this manner, however we did not feel this was befitting of a hotel attempting to position itself as luxury accommodation and represented very poor client service. Sadly throughout our stay, we also encountered numerous problems with our room: (1) there were problems with the water tank connected to our room so (i) the water coming from the taps was polluted and dark green, and (ii) there was little to no water pressure in the shower. Although the color of the water did get better after a a day or so, the water pressure problem was not resolved for a few days so we were left unable to actually wash properly for basically half the duration of our stay; (2) the toilet did not flush properly; (3) the fan in the room was stuck on one sett
