設施：度假村很大 維護保養的很好 小童俱樂部不小 有室內外 衞生：打掃非常乾淨 每天兩次 晚上夜床時候還會打掃一次且送小禮物（第一天薑糖 第二天菠蘿糖） 環境：鬆弛感滿分 很喜歡這種安靜的度假感 服務：最棒就是服務 因為我們帶孩子 會很貼心準備海景view房間且沒有階梯方便推車 另外提前告知酒店是孩子生日 入住送了一次生日蛋糕 生日當天從餐廳開始所有服務員都會祝福 並且又送了一次蛋糕 講實話滿意度爆棚了 可能對我們來説這個價位這個服務和房間大小設施 無可挑剔了 下次再來蘇梅 還會選擇Ritz

因為帶着小朋友，考慮到不方便換酒店，就連訂了5個晚上，酒店總體環境很好，度假風滿滿，小朋友每天在泳池玩得不亦樂乎。但是酒店的早餐就比較單一，天天一個樣；房間很寬敞，有大陽台方便晾曬衣服，不過毛巾這些看着不大乾淨，床單也有些污垢。最讓人無語的是，酒店把另外一家客人在餐廳的消費，錯誤的記到了我們房間，我們跟前台溝通，要求查看監控，從監控畫面一眼就看出不是我們，但這時酒店工作人員還在糾結，既然不是我們，怎麼簽單是寫我們的房號，本來前面經過反覆的溝通，監控畫面就在眼前，事情就很明顯了，工作人員還不承認是他們酒店的過失，我們這時很生氣了，感覺酒店是找不到消費的這家房號，就想把賬記我們房間，我們當即要求酒店自己查一下入住記錄，和監控圖像對比，找到了這家人入住的房間，前台才把賬單修改了，然後工作人員才承認他們的失誤，搞得退房時很不愉快。感覺酒店在處理問題時很不專業，這麼小的事情要反覆溝通，服務人員還是得加強培訓呀。

A very pleasant stay! Especially Ammie, very nice staff, gave us extra attentive help and took care like a friend! We were satisfied with both the hygiene of the hotel room and the view, and the hotel's social accounts made the travel process more convenient.

全蘇梅最愛的酒店， 最細節的酒店沒有之一！！ 今年3月來了我們中國的總經理，知道我們是中國同胞後特地過來介紹自己，給我們講解酒店一些調整及變化，提前幫我們選定了景觀很好的房型，送了歡迎果盤，格外友好親切，各項體驗感都拉滿了，父母也稱讚聲不斷！！！離開酒店前還貼心幫我們延遲退房，真的很贊！！ 但也有地方希望可以繼續改進： 1、每天的房間清潔可以在客人離開房間後進行，一天衹打掃一次會導致房間飲用水物資缺乏，雖然打電話給前台立馬就送了，但是體驗感會有所下降～有時候如果打掃時間和我們出門時間有沖突就會導致一天沒有飲用水補充，每次都要打電話去前台，這樣對不會英文的父母不太友好～因為我們是從洲際轉到盛泰瀾，有對比就會有挑剔，希望以後可以當天晚上補充第二天物資或是在每天早晨補充，這樣體驗感會更好～ 2、早餐出品和之前相比有所下降，出品質量不太穩定，雖然很貼心的添加了品類，豐滿了菜單，但同樣的菜式味道和擺盤會有區別，班尼迪克蛋有一天居然還忘加火腿片～而且餐廳服務也有待加強，雖然是個別服務生的態度問題，但沒有做到對進餐廳的客人及時的有求必應，會有所延遲和疏漏，這樣體驗感也會有影響，希望可以繼續改進～ 廢話那麼多就可以看出我對盛泰瀾的喜愛，有期待才會有要求，所以總的來説，盛泰瀾還是我在蘇梅最愛的酒店，擁有最棒的海灘，在最熱鬧的街區，交通便利，離機場很近，附近好吃的、按摩店、超市都很多，對年輕人很友好，如果餐廳出品和room service可以加強就很完美了～

酒店距離機場和商場都不遠，步行距離也有吃飯的地方。沙灘很大，海水很美，延沙灘走走或海水遊遊都很愜意、海水較淺、裏面沙子很軟。不過衹能早晚，太熱了。服務都很熱情，早餐單點很不錯，偏西式、味道不錯。想要無敵海景還是建議高配方，我們的還是部分海景。房間泳池不大，但泡泡很舒服。酒店有中文服務。蘇梅就是隨性的地方

遠離查汶市中心的喧囂,所以是一個適合安靜時光的好地方,並用作探索島嶼的基地。海濱泳池別墅不錯,很大,可以欣賞到海洋的美景。私人游泳池是一個獎勵,非常值得升級。我入住的時候酒店很忙,每個人似乎都很開心,享受自己。游泳池不是最大的,但房間數量豐富。別忘了,有別墅有私人游泳池,所以相當數量的客人將在自己的區域。進入海灘不是直接在酒店前面,但這是件好事,否則我每天都會聽到每個人在我的別墅前面。訪問是度假村的一側,只是在餐廳旁邊。沿着這片海灘,還有其他一些酒店酒吧和餐館可以吃喝,如果你前往最遠的點,然後前往內陸,你會遇到一些酒吧和餐館。正如很多人所說,酒店在一條馬路旁邊 - 但和蘇梅島的大多數酒店一樣,只是島上的設計,沿着海灘延伸可以避開主要道路步行到當地。而且當你在島上,爲什麼不想沿着海灘散步?!所以不要聽那些關於附近什麼都沒有的評論。如果你想夜生活的喧囂,查汶中心15分鐘路程。坐班車或叫出租車300thb。這是一家四星級酒店,試圖在新冠病毒和隨着時間的推移回到某種正常狀態,我相信業主會重新投資他們的錢,以改善其他一些客人在其他帖子中評論過的地方,但我確實認爲這取決於你預訂和/或分配的房型,因爲大部分都很好。給它一個機會,值得。這些年來我去過很多酒店比一般的喬多,這些年來,我在同一天入住和退房了兩家酒店。

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They work so hard and handled any problems we had the best they could. The hotel does need updating, We were allocated a Mountain View room, you could just see it behind all the wires and busy road, we upgraded at a cost to a sea view, it was worth it, the view was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, as much as I tried not to, I couldn’t help but flood the bathroom, the water runs along the bath and straight to the floor! Breakfast was nice and again the staff were really on the ball, the service was faultless! In reception there is a pond that runs all around with several koi carp in, we brought some fish food from one of the pet shops and fed them every morning (there is food behind the desk if you want to fed them) The beach is lovely, Despite the place needing updating and a few repairs I would stay here again, we had a lovely holiday in Lamai.

It was a perfect week spent other there. The decoration of this hotel based on the Thai boxing is exploited in every details. The room is very beautiful , have space , the bed is confortable and the view on the ocean is amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect for every tourist place and the access to the private beach is just amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and very fresh , it is changing every day and the fact that it is an « à la carte » menu is much more better than a classic buffet. The best is the staff , from the people at the swimming pool , the bar , the restaurant , the spa , the reception , the muai thaï trainer.All of them were just amazing , kind , friendly , very polite and respectful. Always would like to help us for any subject. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing time and perfect time.

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.
