Room dirty n compact room different type of smells, also bedsheets are not in good condition it’s totally different as shown in photo

The location is central to the city. The rooms are decent and hygiene levels are good too. The hotel seems understaffed, the service levels and response time needs to be improved.

Hi it was amazing stay, very supportive and helpful staff. Only thing that was issue is room size is little smaller, specially washroom. Thank you sri sri for being wonderful host. Looking forward to be back again to this beautiful city.

Overall good experience nera by the mahalaxmi temple. Staff is very cooperative they guide also. Rooms are compact but confitable for 3 pepole

Staff is not polite. Mr sachin one staff member giving timelines to customer to complete the activity for his convenience which is not at all acceptable.

12x12feet box room with a closed window, dirty toilet. Glorified lodge actually. Aircon positioned over the bed with little controls. Supposed to get complimentary breakfast which was offered at checkout reluctantly. Most importantly google location of the hotel showed a place few km away in the wilderness. Needs to be updated, had a tough time locating the hotel.

Location is ok, room is not comfortable, very small especially wash room is very congested and room entrance door lock is not good, unable to lock the room, overall waste of money, no restaurant at all, but staff behavior is very good

Very helpful people and clean rooms with good facilities. The hotel is near to station and mandir so worth to stay

First to start we arrived late night and had a great check-in experience. Secondly it’s at a walkable distance to ambabai temple. Sachin who manages the whole place was very helpful and understanding. Also he allowed an late checkout and suggested us the in-house cafeteria which serves breakfast too with excellent taste. Surely recommendable.
