1. Customers who do booking are treated badly
2. Room was smelly, requested bell boy for at least spraying room freshener but was never done
3. All plumbings were leaking
4. Water spray not working
5. Geyser not working, requested hotel staff to look into but nothing was done
6. We opted for complentary breakfast, requested breakfast at 9 am, called hotel reception, but breakfast became available only once we checked out around 10. 45
7. No lift, had to take stairs for getting to our shabby room up 3 floors
8. Staff too rude to talk politely. Just date it was a horrible experience
