I had stayed in southern plaza in 2021 so based on past good experience i had with this property i had gone ahead and booked it this time. But it was very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom was not clean (cobwebs in the room and washroom wc had stains. The towels too looked like they weren’t washed. The hotel mentioned they provide toiletries but only a hand soap and body wash/shampoo was available. Probably a bad day for the hotel staff and hope they see this review and work on the feedback.

Central location. Rooms have all basic amenities and staff is very good. Food is allowed from swiggy.

As a business traveler, the location plays a perfect role, and the hotel is best suited for the need. Has many food options in-house and all kinds of food outlets in the near vicinity makes it perfect to enjoy the local flavor. With pleasant and caring staff, this short stay will make me choose the same facility when needed. Thanks, team, for extra efforts taken.

The location of the hotel is prime, situated in the heart of south kolkata just few minutes from rabindra sorobor lake, full of greenery creating a serene and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. Moreover, the hotel is couple-friendly, ensuring privacy and comfort for couples looking for a peaceful retreat. Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a romantic escape, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

The rooms were too small and the staff was pathetic. The behaviour was not polite. The location was good though.

Room is very small. Small window overlooking a building under repair. Towel is not fresh. Discoloured. No lobby.

Excellent location in south calcutta, very close to the lakes, can actually hear birdsongs throughout the day. Loved the personalized care that the staff took. Excellent food, particularly the fried fish. Would certainly stay here again.

Very good hotel and our stay was excellent. Staff were cooperative. Breakfast was good but exhausted too fast. However, they then provide other alternatives. Good place for family stay.

Very good and calm location, the hotel was clean and good ambience though it is small. The reception team were good and receptive. Helpers, security and house keeping team were really good and keeping the property safe and tidy. It is however little expensive for the tariff and overall a recommended place to stay.
