Extremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.

In prime location in heart of kolkata. Rooms are bit small but clean and hygiene. Amenities and aervice is good.

Superb place to stay in kolkata. Start of park street food available and lots of other prominent qsr chains available. In terms of cleaning. It was excellent. The best part of this property is near the metro station and you can go anywhere where you want to go. Staff behaviour was good. Thank you for such lovely hospitality.

It was a really good experience. All the staffs are good. Room service is really good. I believe it’s one of the best hotel in budget and in terms of location.

Though they maintain things neat, the entire hotel is full of cigarette smell and no one is able to do anything about it! i am 7 weeks pregnant and had a very terrible stay there!

This location is perfect for marathoners participating in tata steel 25k marathon as its just 5mins walk to the start and finish point. As it's located on park street, there are a lot of famous eating joints. There's no elevator and one has to climb srairs to the 2nd floor. Room was clean, but bathroom was very tiny. Even the washbasin was quite small. The staff were very hospitable.

I booked for three people but they provide double bed room only no extra bed, room also very congested, no ventilation. Approx 1. 3 hour there was a power cut issue they don’t even have power back up.

Staff r cooperative, food are good. Service r ok. Situated in heart of kolkata. Like park street. All shopping mall exclusive store is near by. But it's difficult to find south indian meal. But it's good

I went solo, reached very late midnight, entrance shutter was closed but opened on request, check in was easy n fast. Room was average, don't expect any luxury. Food was not up to mark. Staff nice and polite.

The hotel is location at a busy location and the surroundings are always lively. The hospitality is good. The food is delicious. Overall the stay was comfortable and excellent.

Cheaper alternative to stay right at the center of the city. All tourist attractions, eateries, transports are in walking distance. Room and bathroom was clean. Basic amenities were provided. Size of the room was small, though. Service was good. They do not have anything like travel desk, breakfast restaurant, big lobby, etc. It is a basic hotel. Value for money.

Location is just at the beach. Clean room & washroom. All accessories available in washroom. Room size & view were not that great. The AC was working slowly. Service is good. Breakfast has good variety of good. Little bit overpriced.
