考艾島波普伊希爾頓分時度假俱樂部(Hilton Vacation Club the Point at Poipu Kauai)

We had a great stay, but will not be booking through Travelocity again. When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of us or our stay. The staff was amazing and got us into a room and worked with Travelocity on the issue. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms and grounds are clean. You are able to walk to a rocky shoreline, which was great to watch the waves and get some great pictures. The hotel is close to many great restaurants and excursions. I would recommend the Hilton Vacation Club to anyone coming to stay in Kauai!

The bathroom leaked and flooded the apartment. That happens. I ran to stop the water, slipped and conked my head on the ground and got a concussion. Security came over and made a report. Afterwards, I never got any update. Nobody asked me how I was doing. We never got a note to know if the toilet was fixed.

There were roaches in our room, our ocean view was blocked by scaffolding, no housekeeping and very outdated and dirty rooms. Now what you would expect from a Hilton.

Property needs remodeling. Expect no room service or cleaning. Towel lady by the pool it’s very rude and no manners. Not friendly! A bit of discrimination

I loved the pool area, ability to get food and drinks there. I loved that it was located near the Hyatt, I walked there three times to eat at the restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful walking trails. We walked to Puka Dog and the beach there had a great play area for kids and the beach waves had turtles.

Excellent location, I had a unit on the second floor neighbors on the 3rd floor was noisy all night therefore I would recommend get to unit on the 3rd floor. Lastly they need to maintain their plumbing system for when you are showering it’s smelly. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful for they kept making sure everything was good.

Terrible check in person, 1 pack of bad coffee, cheap cheap everything, no help with bags, no help with ANYTHING, one towel at pool, can't get another! Really nothing special at ALL

Great location and excellent staff. Very old run down rooms. Cheap scratchy linen. Noisy air conditioning and poor soundproofing. Felt unsafe as a single woman in a ground floor apartment facing a public walkway.

This property was amazing. The views from the hotel were breath taking. Large mountains mixed with ocean views. Its located next to an active walking path, 2 minute drive to a beach, plenty of food spots near by, the staff was so kind and went out of their way to make my kids feed special. This location had activities, pools, hot tubs, fish ponds, breakfast, gyms. The hotel room it's self was just like home. It was so spacious, clean, and had everything to cook simple meals for my kids. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
