瑪麗塔之家(Maritsa Studios)

We payed for 2 nights (maritsa) in standard room with balcony (3beded), and we didnt get the room nor the building we payed for. Our room was couple of buildings away (not in blue maritsa) and for first view it was worse than maritsa room we payed for but we wanted to get most of they and was in a hurry... I askwd where is aircondition? she said it is extra pay... i told her and later showed that is included and after a while she said its on the house. When we came back later we saw first cockroach, water was pouring mid from (siphon) and we told her that we would like the we payed from as we said on first comment. She said that maritsa is full so she cant give as any room and she will spray the cockroaches... and fix toilet water on floor... next day, new cockroaches, water on bathroom floor, spyder web... zero, we didnt have hot water nor we used anything... I sent pictures to trip.com

La prima volta che siamo venuti in questa struttura e' stato nel 2016. Non conoscevamo l'isola e tantomeno la struttura. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo deciso di tornarci ogni anno. E' l'ottava volta che veniamo. I gestori sono squisiti. Ogni volta che vengo mi sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato, la semplicità di un tempo, il profumo delle lenzuola pulite, la cortesia disinteressata dei proprietari. Per me Maritsa e la sua famiglia sono diventati parenti. Grazie per l'attenzione. Per la premura. Per l'impegno che Maritsa mette per farci sentire a casa. Grazie di tutto. ❤️

Studios in posizione strategica se si ha intenzione di trascorrere la giornata prevalentemente nelle zone marittime. Dista circa 300 mt dalla spiaggia di agios stefanos e 3 minuti di macchina da paradise beach. L'aeroporto dista meno di 15 minuti. A 150 metri si può trovare un supermercato e varie strutture per il noleggio macchina, anche se Maritsa è stata gentilissima e ci ha contattato personalmente un'agenzia facendo arrivare la macchina da noleggiare direttamente allo studios poco meno di un'ora dopo il nostro arrivo. Abbiamo pernottato al piano superiore che gode di una stupenda vista mare da una parte, e vista montagna dall'altra. Presente una piccola cucina con bollitore, tostapane e stoviglie. Fuori dalla camera un piccolo balconcino per godersi il tramonto la sera o per cenare. Maritsa e suo marito sono gentilissimi, e lei 3 volte a settimana pulisce la stanza cambiando le lenzuola e riordinando. Unica pecca secondo me la doccia con tende che purtroppo, malgrado le massime accortezze, fa uscire moltissima acqua che finisce sul pavimento del bagno. Per il resto lo consiglio vivamente.

Siamo tornati da Maritza che oramai e' diventata un'amica per noi , e niente non si smentisce ti fa sentire come a casa tua in un contesto tranquillo e pulito ...market e spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi conpreso il noleggio auto

Maritsa is a wonderful host. She and her husband keep the apartments and surroundings spotlessly clean. The apartments are basic but have everything you need and Maritsa goes out of her way to be helpful. There is no pool, but a few yards away is another apartment that has beautiful pool and bar/cafe that we could freely use. This end if the village is quiet, and picturesque. The sea is just a 5-10 minute walk away . If snorkeling is your thing we found the best place was around the ruins. Kastri Island is goid too, but the calm shallow waters around the ruins are full of a beautiful variety of fish. There is a restaurant and supermarket within a few minutes walk.

What a gem we have found! Basic but exceptionally clean and the view is to die for Ideal location. Quiet. Maritsa is the perfect host Rooms cleaned every other day, new sheets and towels CANNOT fault it We will see you next year and THANKYOU so very much X

Stayed for one week, the rooms are basic but have everything you need including a hob and air con. Initially, we were given a room downstairs and we asked to move upstairs which was no problem and we got a balcony with a great view of the sea. It is near a small supermarket, walking distance from of a beach and we could use the hotel next door's pool.

Studios in buona posizione a kefalos: si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell’isola. Purtroppo ho alloggiato in una delle camere al piano terra, non ristrutturata come quelle al primo piano che probabilmente godono delle ottime recensioni. Ho trovato pulizia carente e letti scomodi. Inoltre alle 7 del mattino entrava una luce pazzesca per la mancanza di tende sufficientemente grandi da coprire tutta la finestra. Nel complesso per una settimana va bene ma bisogna chiudere un occhio. Sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più, visti i commenti molto positivi letti su diversi siti. Peccato…
