L’appartamento dista pochi minuti dal porto e dal centro della città. L’appartamento in cui ho soggiornato (n.25) è fantastico! Cucina ben attrezzata, letti comodi ed una terrazza attrezzata con lettini ed ombrellone dove potersi rilassare. Il cambio degli asciugamani avviene giornalieramente ed il personale è molto educato e sempre a disposizione. La piscina viene pulita quotidianamente. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per posizione, professionalità e servizi offerti! The apartment is just a few minutes from the port and the city center. The apartment I stayed in (n.25) is fantastic! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrella where you can relax. Towels are changed daily and the staff is very polite and always available. The pool is cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place for location, professionalism and services offered!

Siamo arrivati in struttura a inizio agosto, il personale inizialmente si era mostrato gentile e subito dopo aver dato i soldi per la casa hanno iniziato a farci domande su domande per metterci al nostro agio, il proprietario sembrava disponibile in tutto. Partiamo dal presupposto che gli appartamenti non sono per nulla fedeli alle fotografie, piccoli e mal organizzati 5 ragazze in un appartamento per avere un singolo armadio e un’illuminazione pessima, Spacciano letti singoli uniti come letti matrimoniali, pulizia pessima per non parlare del fatto che abbiamo avuto un allagamento già dalle prime ore del nostro soggiorno, prezzo altissimo per case, se così si possono definire, che non ne valgono la pena, abbiamo rinvenuto lumache fuori ai balconcini e scarafaggi nel frigorifero, la piscina sembra olimpionica nelle fotografie ma è bassa e piccola ma soprattutto manca di pulizia infatti durante la notte vedemmo dei capelli. Non siamo stati per niente soddisfatti. Ma il colmo è arrivata l’ultima sera dopo che avevamo trovato un posto dove poter passare il tempo in struttura ci hanno tolto quei comfort senza dirci nulla lasciandoci soltanto con una sedia, il proprietario guadagna molto e ha percentuali credo su qualunque cosa lui consigli lasciandoti alla fine insoddisfatto di tutto, se potessi tornare indietro non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi pagassero!

Sono stato in questo hotel con i miei amici, eravamo un gruppo di 14 persone, tutti abbiamo riscontrato problemi soprattutto col titolare. Nella mia stanza già dal primo giorno la maniglia della porta della camera non funzionava, ci siamo dovuti ingegnare noi su come aprire la porta ogni qualvolta dovevamo uscire; inoltre, c’era un odore terribile di muffa e umido, ma questo è il minimo. Nella stanza accanto alla mia, alcuni miei amici si sono trovati decine di blatte sbucare fuori da ogni dove, la camera era infestata di questi insetti, appena lo abbiamo riferito al titolare, lui scherzosamente, l’unica cosa che si è degnato di fare è stato dare un semplice spray anti insetti. Ci siamo lamentati più volte di dover effettuare il cambio stanza, ma lui sembrava avere sempre una scusa pronta per non cambiarla. Altri miei amici hanno trovato le cimici. Sono stato davvero colpito in modo negativo dall’atteggiamento ostile e menefreghista del responsabile, che solitamente, dopo che il cliente riscontra svariati problemi nel soggiorno, dovrebbe essere disponibile affinché possa rimediare, invece è stato tutto il contrario; è una persona veramente pessima che pensa solo a prendersi i soldi del soggiorno. Hotel da incubo, indimenticabile.

Mario is een uitstekende gastheer van het zwembadcafé appartementen Erato. Hij creëert steeds een leuke ontspannen sfeer. Na het strand kun je in het zwembad lekker afkoelen en ontspannen. Mario verwend zijn gasten met hapjes en drankjes. Regelmatig wordt een BBQ avond met griekse live muziek georganiseerd. Door de gastvrijheid van Mario kwamen wij graag naar het zwembadcafé.

我們在這家酒店住了一個星期。我們一共有 8 個人，分配到了 2 間單人公寓，有 4 個座位（價格相同）。一戶人家被分到了大樓較新側翼的一間公寓，面積相當大，還過得去。我們位於一樓（實際上略低於街道水平），空間不適宜居住，濕度非常高，因此有難聞的氣味。周圍都是分配給孩子們的房間，他們有迪斯科時間並發出噪音。他們甚至經過我們的露台互相會合。最少的設備。早在到達之前，我們就要求住在另一個家庭附近的房間，他們透過電子郵件回覆說，他們會盡力容納我們，但無濟於事。當我們抱怨潮濕的氣味非常難聞並要求提供其他住宿時，他們第二天就把我們送回來，並且連續四天都這樣，因為他們不得不詢問一個難以捉摸的老闆。啊，出於禮貌，我們參加了泳池派對……性價比令人尷尬。我會發布俯瞰科斯島的露台的影片（根據預訂）...你看到了嗎？

我從7月5日到7月11日待了一週。我訂了兩套公寓，一套給我，一套給我姐夫。不幸的是，兩套公寓中的一套與預期大不相同。它位於路面以下，濕度很高，產生令人作嘔的氣味。我好幾次要求換房間，但我們都被嘲笑了，總是推遲到第二天。即使 Booking 也未能透過與該結構進行通訊來成功實現這一點。最後，在Booking的檢舉之後，他們開始不再打理兩間房間，尤其是換毛巾的時候。不可靠且貪圖金錢的經理試圖組織偽池畔派對（荒謬）。絕對要避免。

Ottima esperienza in questa residence, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto, per una settimana, Dimitris la sera e Stellios di giorno sono sempre stati disponibili ed estremamente simpatici e cordiali, belle le serate a bordo piscina, camere dotate di tutto, aria condizionata a pagamento 5€ al giorno, unico difetto, ma nemmeno così negativo, la musica talvolta ad alto volume, ma nulla di drammatico. Ci tornerei

We arrived late at night and were met by Angela very friendly and helpful. We were tired and when we got to the room my other half was not to happy as the bathroom was small and the lounge area cramped . I said let's sleep and see tomorrow. Next morning I had a shower water pressure good water as warm as you want it the general feeling then was it's a place to lay your head and it was clean and convenient. The old lady cleaning our room was very thorough and clean the rooms and shower very well. The food at the bar was well prepared and presented .there always seemed to be maintenance guys tidying and fixing bits or cleaning the pool. We stayed 10 days and only thing I could complain about was mosticos Angela was a lovely host Mario could have of days but sure don't we all.

The location is greqt, close to the old town. The welcome to the hotel by the owner was very unfriendly.The room door was hard to close&open however he didn't help us to fix it during our stay.Not only towards us but to all guests, he had a very negative attitude.He even didn't allow us to sit by the pool and watch our kids swimming unless we order sth from the bar.The lady working with him was quite nice and tried to compensate him however despite having great time duri g our vacation, our stay at Erato was unpleasant.

We recently stayed at Erato Hotel in Kos and had a wonderful experience. Mario was an exceptional host, always attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was definitely the pool and the pool bar – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also a big plus, conveniently situated near all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

don't stay here. After finding multiple cockroaches we made a complaint about them alongside with a broken airconditioning. We were moved to other apartments on the complex for 4 days and they said that in the meantime someone would come to fix the airconditioning and to get rid of the cockroaches. There was a hole behind the sink where we saw the cockroaches coming out of, so they said that they would be closing the hole. In the apartments we were moved to there was mold in the showers and the doors to the balcony were not opening. After 4 days we came back to the original apartments hopeful, but they had done nothing. There were more cockroaches than before and the airconditioning was still broken. We asked if there was something done for the rooms and then told us they didn't know.

It’s a decent hotel. You get what you pay for. It suited me and my girlfriend as we are a young couple and it’s location was very good for its price. It’s a small hotel so there was never any rush to the pool for sun beds , it has a lovely pool area. We only ate one time at the pool and it was decent food and priced fairly. The negatives of this accommodation came from the lack of cleaning the rooms. We stayed for a week and the maids came most days but for some reason they only changed the towels 2 times the whole week. Me and my partner didn’t bother making a fuss about this but I don’t know how east of an issue it is to resolve based on pervious reviews. The only other negative I have is that the staff constantly have changing attitudes. At the start very pleasant, then towards the end just acted very sarcastically for no reason and was very abrupt in his answers. Overall it’s an average hotel in decent location

The guest services were good but the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. Our room couldn’t reach Wi-Fi, and there wasn’t any noise isolation, also at the fridge it wasn’t available any bottle of water. Last but not least the room wasn’t very clean and had a bad smell. We don’t recommended is not value for money.
