滑雪騎士酒店(Ski Rider Hotel)

We went with 12 other families from our school. Ski rider have been very accommodating, allowing each family to book separately, but still part of the group. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect, clean & warm with decent shower pressure. Lots of parking. The breakfasts and dinners are great with very generous servings. There are lots of boardgames that you can borrow and three pool tables (bring some $1 coins!). Whilst obviously the snow is the main attraction, coming in spring meant we got to explore some other areas as well. We drove up to Charlotte's pass and hiked up to the top one afternoon - amazing views!

We have been going to Ski Rider for well over 10 years. Conveniently located the accommodation is fantastic with the best hot showers after a day on the snow. The rooms are spacious with your own ensuite and tea and coffee making facility. The breakfast and dinners are amazing. Nice bar and live music on Saturday night. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. Book for your whole family or for a large group. The shuttle service to the ski field are a bonus. The kids can return early leaving you to ski the whole day. Guest shower and change room on the day of check out is great so that you can hit the slopes and freshen up before your drive home. You will not be disappointed.

Can’t recommend Ski Rider Hotel enough. I recently stayed here for a 3 day ski trip at Perisher and was really happy with my stay. The rooms are a little older but have been very well maintained over the years and are extremely clean. The all included buffet breakfast and dinner is super convenient and really nice. I also ate the Fourteen Fifty Grill and it was delicious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Having access to the hotel shuttle to the mountain makes getting there soo much less stressful, there is also equipment hire available. The wifi is also great as reception in that area is a little off at times. Whether you are a single, couple or family, Ski Rider is the best option for staying as close to the mountain without the crazy prices.

Skirider caters to our ski holiday needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. What we really like about Skirider is that it’s only a few minutes away from the ski fields plus they have a shuttle service to take the guests to and from the ski fields. Nice bistro & bar and cafeteria style dining also available. I find this establishment to be well organized.

Highly recommended this place. Service through out was top notch. Staff are very help full & friendly. Great service getting u to perisher & back to accommodation. 10/10 Highly recommend a visit here

Clean but meal quality was inconsistent and wi-fi was terrible. Bistro was like school camp with adults rationed and no seconds offered. Front bbq restaurant was excellent.

Friendly staffs. No park in front of my room as I was told. The room doesn't have a TV, minibar and also is really warm. It most likely a Hostel instead Hotel.

I have read with horror others who are also awaiting a refund from a covid cancelled ski trip in Aug this year. As of yet i still await over 2k to appear in my account, to date 26/11/21. I received an email some 7 weeks ago advising me of my refund within 14 days. To this day this has not occurred. I have tried to contact this establishment but only get a message service. I suspect they are in financial difficulty and are taking money from customers with this knowledge. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. Pay a small deposit and then settle upon arrival. If this is not acceptable to them DO NOT BOOK, do not part with your cash. This company is not a honest or reliable establishment. I hope this helps you. I will pursue other means in an attempt to recover my holiday funds….. terrible customer service,

Disappointed of how they handle the costumer refund, always sweet promises i have been ask for 3 time and always say next week till now i got nothing. I just dont get it why they still can operate their business. Does anyone know if we could report this type of scam to the police or not?
