convenient location to the old town. fine service and friendly staff. however, they didnt give us the room that we booked and there was no room cleaning. we had to request for more body soap on the second day.

Not a good reception as I was not shown around, or shown where I can use the washing machine and tumble dryer. The cleaning lady dies an OK job but not more then that. Internet does not work at all, been living here for 4 weeks and all the sites I stream from keep buffering every night. Also having hugh problem working from home because of that. 2/5 experience !!

The description and pictures sound fantastic and parts of the rooms are such as a huge bath and bathroom, a living room big bedroom and small catering facilities. The bad parts beds are big but are two single mattress pushed together so you drop in between them during the night and the duvet and blanket don't fit either and are only half the size of the bed so whichever way you sleep under it they will slip off. Kitchen was small and couldn't fit all appliances. Bath and shower again plenty of room but you are to aware of the lack of shower curtain and clear windows.

Great hotel with really helpful staff. Room was very good. Private sauna and jacuzzi bath plus two huge rooms. Everything in the room that we needed for a weekend stay. Very warm also as temperature outside was starting to drop. Breakfast wasn't included but was excellent. Check-in was very quick and we even got our room early as in was not occupied the day before. Good location about 400m from main town area. No negatives at all.
