In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 300 m, swimming bay 6 km, public bathing area 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 300 m, riding stable, ski lift 14 km. Nearby attractions: Ruine Hochwart 3 km, Tierpark Rosegg, 13 km, Pyramidenkogel 28 km.
