艾瑞斯精品酒店(Artis Boutique Hotel)

Ich war geschäftlich in Budapest und Szombathely. Ich übernachtete im Artis Boutique Hotel und war richtig überrascht von der Qualität des Zimmers. Sehr geräumig, stylisches Interieur und ein großes Boxspringbett. Abgerundet durch ein schönes Bad, was perfekt zum Rest des Zimmers passt. Lediglich die zwar stylische, aber unbequeme freistehende Wanne trübt meinen Eindruck etwas. Sieht toll aus, ist aber wenig funktional, wenn man Duschen bevorzugt. Geht sicher, aber dann mit Überschwemmungspotenzial. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut, auch wenn es nicht mega üppig war. Rührei oder Spiegelei gibt es frisch auf Nachfrage. Alles in allem habe ich mich wirklich wohlgefühlt und werde sicher eines Tages zurückkommen.

Modern recently equipped hotel over 4 floors. Good variety for breakfast. Just a few very minor things, low soap in shower and sticky bathroom door. Room not serviced during stay.

Parkerade på gatan utanför och man betalar med mynt i automat. Riktigt bra hotell. Fina rum och trevlig personal. Mycket fin frukost. Jag var på genomresa så åt i hotellets restaurang. Mycket god mat även om det inte är billigt. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt.

I stayed at this gorgeous hotel quite accidentally when my son became ill while en route between Vienna and Budapest. The staff quickly realized that we needed special help and they jumped into action to assist. They let us check in to our beautiful room earlier than usual. They assisted me in finding medical care and they even helped me call a cab home from the hospital at 1AM. Since I don’t speak Hungarian, they were a lifeline for me and my son. The hotel is right next to the lovely town center where there are shops, restaurants, churches and a much needed pharmacy. Finally, when we were ready to resume our journey they even helped me hire a car to drive us to Budapest. I can’t say enough good things about our stay there. The hotel staff were angels. And the hotel is really exceptional.

The hotel room is clean and decent size and the bathroom and room are modern. The hotel is located down the street from the town center where there are food and shopping options. There is parking available onsite. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a positive experience. If your room is on the 4th floor, you have a small half window. This means that you have little sunlight and no view. Our a/c unit was broken - we informed the staff and the hotel was fully booked so there was no room to move to. We kept the window open all night and the room thermometer read 80 degrees F. It was very hot and uncomfortable. When I asked for a discount to make up for the inconvenience, they offered me $5 USD off the hotel price. However, they used a very poor exchange rate so even with the $5 discount, I paid a little more at the hotel for my room than what I was quoted on **********. The staff could not have been less helpful and cared less about the overly hot hotel room we had to sleep in. Otherwise, if the a/c was working, it would have been fine and we would not have needed to interact with the hotel staff.

Very pleasant and comfortable. Great room, great location, great staff. Great breakfast.

High ceiling, huge, beatiful, very stylish room. Kind staff. I forget how the breakfast was, which means, that it wasn't too special.. Just one block from the city center, from the main square of Szombathely.
