Hospitality is non existent for heritage property. Food quality is average, AVOID biryani. It was served half cooked.When we asked to replace it, we were charged twice for it! In general food is expensive.

My recent stay at the sukhdham kothi was a delightful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend the sukhdham kothi for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location.

The stay was excellent and so was the food. Very polite and friendly staff. The complete experience with the stay was great. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Property is good appearance in historical and maintained well. Only problem is that food arranyand taste is not so good average. Free breakfast was well arranged but had to ask them to org-anise the same. There was no buffet hence ordered personally. Location is good and middle of the city near to the railway station and all means of transport available easily. Outside dinning area is nice and morning birds chirping sounds will give you positive vibes. Overall good for family and couple booking. According to me not good for business booking.

Excellent property nice staff and much co operative with soft spoken will come again. For holidays. Beautiful garden.

I didn't get a bill from the hotelier on reception at the time of check out. Now how can i claim it from my company as it being an official trip?

Services are very very poor - even 1 star hotel would be much better than this. No one is available to answer your request at reception

Property is excellent, food is good, the only thing which need to be improved that services. Maximum time no one is available on reception to answer your request. Even had to get down twice to place my tea request

A beautiful heritage property in the Heart of Kota. I was more than surprised coming from the hustle bustle of Pune! The surrounding of this place had a calming effect on me coming from a 16 hr drive. The rooms are beautiful and large, very tastefully done. It reflects the efforts and love of owner of this property. Hats off to you sir/mam for putting your heart into the minute details of this home blending the modern with the heritage while not destroying the heritage value of this place. This place makes you feel at home in it’s serenity. You are welcomed with lush green gardens maintained beautifully. A beautiful poolside restaurant that serves authentic food and the variety is amazing. Every room, common areas and inhouse restaurant makes you feel you have gone back a 100 yrs living the life of royals. You are welcomed with the sound of several peacocks that dance in the gardens and their sound is music to your earns. After you are done living experience the royalness of the place you wake up to a simple but sumptuous breakfast which pushes you to the edge of overeating. If I come back to Kota I will not stay anywhere else but Sukhdam Kothi ..!

Not good at all. It is ok for stay when professional places are packed. Food was ok. No lift stairs are also steep

My husband and I stayed one night. We stopped over while driving from Vadodara to Delhi. We had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and very well maintained. It strikes the right balance between heritage and modern comforts very successfully. It is spotlessly clean with even the brass door handles polished to a mirror finish. The hospitality is very gracious, the staff is hospitable and helpful and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. This is a place to unwind and relax, to watch the peacocks and the resident dogs living in harmony in the spacious grounds of the property and completely forget that you are in the middle of a busy city. After a long drive it was the perfect stopover!

My stay was comfortable, and i liked staff's behaviour and hospitality. Room was clean, and food was tasty. I highly recommend sukhdham kothi, and would like to stay again if i get a chance

Our stay & experience here was top-notch. Nice room, wonderful ambience with the room setup. Nice cozy bed. And yes, a big bathroom. The swimming pool experience was good. The surrounding lawn area had lots of trees, full of birds & peacocks. Sets up the ambience even better

Sukhdham kothi lives up to its name .Best location in the tree shaded central neighbourhood of Kota.Rooms are well appointed and clean,service is professional and Food is excellent.Will return for sure.
