We had 1 night here and stayed in the small cottages. They were ample for a 1 night stay. Bed comfy but pillows a little soft. The room was airconditioned and the view to the hills was lovely. Misty in the morning and gorgeous. The cottage had a small lounge area to sit. Bathroom was ok. We ate at the restaurant ...Chinese type food. Wifi only in the restaurant area

Stayed for two nights with my husband, The cottages are quaint and well furnished, only ****** was the water pressure in the shower. We had a tour of the tea plantation and also ate in the restaurant both evenings we were there, food was really good hot and tasty. Views from the restaurant are excellent, beautiful sunsets over mount Kinabalu. Would recommend a stay

We stayed for just one night and it was comfortable. Wifi is available at the reception area along with a fridge you can use as there are none in the cottages. Tea and coffee in the room, beds were firm and the shower was warm and good. Great views of the mountain and over the tea plantation. Nice place for one night.

Lovely quirky cottage stay in a nice setting in the jungle. Great views of Mt Kinabalu. Handy tea gif shop with lots of variations. We loved the restaurant - The food was delicious with cheap prices and the staff accommodated for vegans. The beds were like rocks though and we didn’t sleep well. Wifi only at the small reception we’re you can buy beer..

We had asked our friend in Sabah to book our stay in Ranau and then in Sandakan as we had rented a car to drive to sandakan from kinabalu. He had contacted the sabah tea management by email and phone several times and they did not seem interested in entertaining his enquiries or even were willing to offer any room rates which is quite bizzare. We will assume the resort has closed down and the management are picking who they want staying at their 5 star resort. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!
