4.櫃檯服務人員處理問題態度強硬，起初申請不願意退款，也沒有空房安排，叫兩個人換去單人房，經過多次投訴平台有老鼠及證據明確

* Extremely Poor Soundproofing: You can clearly hear every single vehicle passing by on the street, and there are even planes taking off and landing in the middle of the night.
* Dirty and Unhygienic Environment: There were rodents in the room.
* Faulty Access Control System: The security system was broken, providing no secure isolation from people outside. There were non-guests loitering in the hallway, charging their phones.
* Rigid Front Desk Service: The front desk staff had a harsh attitude when addressing issues. Initially, they refused a refund and claimed there were no other rooms available, suggesting two people move to a single room. It took multiple complaints to the platform, with clear evidence of rodents, to finally get the situation resolved.
