a very big hotel, nice beach view but cannot swim, golf cart to ferry customer around the places

La comida de los restaurantes es deliciosa y se encargan de cumplirte todo los gusto, ademas de que se esmeran por atenderte.

Stay was good. However, the property is due for renovation immediately. Our third time in three years and it is falling apart quickly if not for some good and friendly staff. Shout out to Jasmine at front office and Raj at the food service for being awesome. Truly deserve a rise in ranks. Dr. Babu

One of the most beautiful properties to stay at. Topped with some excellent service Well led by the GM Suku Verghese Long list of brilliant staff all always wanting to help. The front office, the Buggy boys at the restaurants, every possible touch point.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

Magnifique hôtel logé en hauteur dans une végétation luxuriante. Même les chambres premiers prix sont belles grandes, beaux bungalows. Piscine a débordement magnifique. Buffet et petit déjeuner au top. Spa très bien aussi. Spectacles discrets tous les soirs. Ça vaut le prix mais cher malgré tout.

Super Service. Der Chefkoch selbst geht auf spezielle Bedürfnisse ein. Was *** wissen muss ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Strand hat. Cool ist aber die tägliche Teatime am Meer. Zimmerservice auch perfekt.

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en India. Atención y servicio de primer nivel. Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, vistas hermosas a la Bahía. Su carta y preparaciones eran deliciosas, siempre preocupados de nuestra alimentación no spicy. La habitación siempre limpia. Fueron muy atentos en dejar un cake ya que era mi cumpleaños. Es un hotel muy familiar, pero también un lugar con un ambiente muy romántico para ir en pareja.

We had an amazing experience at Taj Green Cove. The property is beautiful, great food and especially the staff was very welcoming. The chef Pragati was very kind and agreed to make a special order custom cake for our daughter's birthday. We were also invited for Onam Satya that we couldn't attend . Mr. Aman, the duty manager personally made sure that our stay was comfortable and suggested some good near by places to visit in the limited time we had. Mr Bakshi from the Mosaic gift shop catered to our request for customization of a piece of jewelry within a couple of hours and that too on holiday for Onam. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you everyone at Taj Green Cove for make our stay such memorable one.

Best location. Easy access to the lagoon and the beach. Extremely polite staff. Lot of outdoor activities. Lot of greenery. Feel like your in a tropical jungle. Love the evening tea by the beach. The cottages were very cozy. Lovely infinity pool. The best staff.

This is a long due review. I stayed at Taj Kovalam in June as a pre birthday celebration. It was my first time at Kerala and to this resort and the experience was mesmerising. The property is lush green and looks beautiful with a stunning sea view and back waters view. The boat ride is very calming. The rooms are spacious and super comfy. Food is excellent. But the best part is the impeccable service by the staff at the hotel. They took all possible efforts to make my birthday truly memorable. Would specially like to mention Jasmine who assisted us right from check in to check out, Clifton who always served us with a smile at the restaurants and Vinigupal from the Front Office team who helped us with a last minute car service from the hotel as our car didn’t turn up. Last but not the least how can I not mention the GM of the hotel Mr. Suku Verghese who takes personal care and gives attention to every guest. We had a great time at the hotel and would love to visit again.

We had the time of our lives at such a beautiful property and more importantly, wonderful hospitality by great people ensuring a worthwhile experience. Right from Ms, Jasmin Mary making the check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free to Kaushik and other teammates in the restaurants ...all the lovely people around
