Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped, and extremely comfortable, making them ideal for both business and leisure travellers. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help, ensuring that every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made us feel valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive selection of fresh, delicious, and well-prepared dishes that catered to a variety of tastes. The quality and presentation exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful start to each day. The hotel's convenient location, secure parking, and efficient check-in and check-out processes added to the overall comfort and convenience. Despite its modest exterior, the interiors are stylish, elegant, and create the impression of a far more premium property. If I were to find one small quibble, it would be the entrance. Access to the hotel is through the building's basement, and negotiating the parking can feel a little like a gentle test of one's driving skills. Thankfully, there is always a courteous member of the staff on hand to guide you in with reassuring confidence, so what begins as a moment of mild apprehension quickly becomes a complete non-issue. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, combining excellent facilities with warm, attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Kozhikode. We look forward to returning in the future.

A fairly new establishment located across the tracks from the famous Paragon restaurant. They have a dedicated basement parking and visitor entry. Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Will definitely recommend this place to guests visiting Calicut

Had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms, Kozhikode. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Ajith and Saadb from the Front Office for the warm and welcoming reception, they truly made check-in smooth and pleasant. Vijay Kumar also deserves special appreciation for his great support and assistance with the booking, making the entire process hassle-free. Riyasul from Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness and comfort throughout the stay. The restaurant breakfast staff were equally commendable, offering attentive service and a great start to each day. Overall, the team’s professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kozhikode!

The Service was average. The room was full of mosquito and it was annoying & hard to sleep.

Peaceful location, away from the noise and traffic of the city, yet close to the centre. Walkable distance from SM street, took me (a slow walker) 12 mins to SM Street and the beach is about a 5 min drive (in the mornings). Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with all imaginable amenities provided. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No in-house restaurant, a nearby restaurant delivers anytime, but in a city like Kozhikode, you should just go out and explore!! A decent buffet breakfast is served though, thoroughly enjoyed. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay at an affordable price with no bells and whistles, look no further. Highly recommended...!!!

The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent – convenient and easily accessible. Considering the quality of the room and the overall experience, it’s definitely worth the price. Excellent Service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

It's a new hotel, rooms and bathroom design is very beautiful and modern. It's a walkable distance to Calicut beach. We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms. Staffs are very humble and hospitable,Hotel ambience also very good. Lots of food joints nearby.
