I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was good, and the facilities were satisfactory. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service was good. The location was convenient as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Good service

Photos are deceiving. Rooms are extremely tiny. The bathroom had 1 towel. Area outside the property have homeless people sleeping

Grand Plaza Suites is a corporate-style property conveniently situated on the main street, just a short distance from the beach. With numerous local eateries nearby, the clean and comfortable rooms ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is satisfactory, adding to the overall positive experience.

Excellent location, nice hotel and nice staff at the desk

Good property with reasonable rates. Had a pleasant stay. Nice breakfast options. Recommended.

Great location close to excellent places to eat. Very close to the beach The photos on ******* are a little deceiving and appears to be heavily photo shopped. Especially the one of the front. Air condition was effective but noisy. The windows didn’t shut properly which resulted in mosquitos getting in. This may have just been our room. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. For the price we can’t complain.
