I stayed at Paramount Tower, Kozhikode, with my family for two nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions. The lobby and restaurant have a pleasant ambiance, and the reception staff were courteous, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-maintained; however, they did not fully meet the standards one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, the property is more comparable to a good 3-star hotel. There are a few areas that require improvement. The Wi-Fi service was very poor and largely unusable during our stay. The breakfast spread was average, and the restaurant staff appeared unprofessional at times. Food quality was satisfactory but not exceptional, and service was generally slow. Considering the level of service and facilities provided, the room rates seem somewhat high. Nevertheless, our overall stay was comfortable, and we had a pleasant time with our family.

Calicut is probably my favourite place in Kerala, and I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is close to the station, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable enough. Value for money as well.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my stay at Hotel Paramount Tower in Kozhikode was so bad that I have to warn others. • WiFi was a disaster – Kept disconnecting, and I had to go to the reception three times just to get it working. Even then, the internet speed was useless. • Rooms were dirty – Dust on furniture, stained bedsheets, and no clean towels. Basic hygiene standards not met. • Bed bug infestation – Couldn’t sleep the whole night because of constant bites. Woke up with itchy red spots. • Unhelpful staff – When I raised these issues, the staff were completely lethargic and showed no urgency to resolve anything. If you are visiting Kozhikode, please avoid Hotel Paramount Tower. There are plenty of better options in the city with clean rooms, working WiFi, and helpful staff. This hotel is overpriced for the poor service and unhygienic conditions it offers.

Disappointed stay. Pathetic bed, receptionist especially was unwelcoming, cynical. Location was ok. Breakfast was ok. Only good thing was polite staff in the restaurant.

Very good experience with the stay at Paramount towers. Located at a walkable distance from Calicut railway station, SM street, Mananchira square, beach and nearby the famous Thali temple. The restaurant offers very tasty and healthy food. Amenities in the room were good, one more additional bed was provided and room service was also fine. Staff at help desk are polite and pleasant.

The hotel is located at the centre of calicut which makes it super easy to visit all places.the service was really good and the staffs were very nice and polite. The food was really delicious. Must visit hotel

swimming pool was too much chlorinated eyes and skin immediately started irritating. other than that everything was good. staff is good food is also very good
