美好年代住宅酒店(Belle Epoque Residence)

Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et bien situé à Cracovie, la Belle Epoque Residence est un excellent choix. Les appartements sont très agréables et le petit déjeuner complet est délicieux. Le personnel est également très accommodant, répondant aux besoins alimentaires spécifiques des clients. L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal pour les touristes, avec la place principale à proximité immédiate. La mosquée est également située à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les clients musulmans. Cependant, il est à noter que l'accès aux taxis peut être un peu compliqué car ils ne peuvent pas être hélés directement dans la rue. De plus, il faut faire attention aux heures de check-out car elles peuvent être un peu strictes.

Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, zdjęcia w pełni oddają realny wygląd. W pełni wyposażony, plus za 2 telewizory i wentylatory. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. A co najważniejsze czysto i pachnąco. Plusem jest sklep spożywczy znajdujący się w tym samym budynku. Kontakt z pracownikami b.dobry. Na pewno będę polecała znajomym.

Tolle Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum von Krakau. Die Apartments sind sauber und sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Belle Epoque Résidence auf jeden Fall weiter!

Fijne service, ondanks dat de receptie niet de gehele dag aanwezig was, je kan dan sms'en en mailen. Appartement 24 was ruim, met veel ramen en schoon. Locatie is goed, 10/15 min lopen van het oude centrum af. Parkeren kan in de straat, je betaald tussen 10.00 uur en 20.00 uur in totaal 60 zloty per dag. Zondags hoef je niet te betalen. Bij het ontbijt (optioneel) miste een broodje/croissantje, je kreeg alleen wat stukjes stokbrood. De rest was voldoende

Apartment was very nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable great value for money only issues were reception was not monitored all the time in the 4 days we were there we only seen staff when we checked in, checked out and on the morning of the first day I undertand some accommodation places don’t have reception 24:7 but I was just worrying as I wanted to book a taxi for coming home as I had to email them hoping for a reply before we left but managed to see staff on check out. We found the room cold there was no heating it wouldn’t go past 21 degrees in the room but luckily there was 2 duvets in the room we had to use. This meant it was freezing cold when getting out of the shower which wasn’t enjoyable. It is stated as close to main square but for us it seemed further than advertised still a good location but we were expecting to be closer to the main square. It advertises as having a fitness centre when it only has 2 exercise bikes so it would of been better if there was more cardio equipment

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city! Lovely staff, brilliant room and a relaxing sauna. Great view looking over the city of Krakow. Gym with machines which is nice but only complaint is dumbbells only go up to 4kg. Overall I recommend this place for families visiting Krakow. 5 stars.

Beautiful apartment with a short walk to the main square however our room was directly above the shop. Between the hours of 6am and 11pm the door banged constantly. Sleep beyond 6am was pretty much impossible. Also during a 5 day break there wasn’t any housekeeping whatsoever.

Cannot fault the rooms, they are absolutely lovely and well equipped especially for the reasonable price. However two major points for us: the reception desk is advertised as being open 24 hrs a day, however this completely isn’t the case and it was shut by 3pm on some days even, which was frustrating as we could not get assistance with our enquiries at times you would expect any reasonable hotel to be staffed. Secondly we asked if they were able to store luggage on our final day and were told they could, however this storage was just in the corridor by the reception desk- so completely not secure especially since often no one was sat at the desk. The safe in our room was also broken for the entirety of our stay. We were told this would be fixed early in our stay but this never occurred.

Really nice apartment. Very spacious, lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Huge shower! Great location and not too far from Krakow main square. Reception is not 24 hours and check in was not made clear. We arrived very late at night to one of the guests letting us into the building and nobody at reception. Perhaps clear check in instructions should be provided beforehand if you arrive out of staffed hours. Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible! I was awake for hours one evening because of somebody being really loud in the early hours of the morning. This is the only thing that would put me off returning. You could hear everything. All in all, was a great stay and I would consider returning as it is is in such a great location.
