Good neer visla ,swimingpool not big

The hotel is the on the verge of old town, pretty far away. It's okay for business travel. I like it because the room is bigger comparing to other four star hotels in downtown.

Très bon hôtel comme d'habitude Chambre 638 au 6 ème étage Le personnel de la réception est très aimable Chambre propre le WiFi fonctionne parfaitement bien Spa au top. Le petit déjeuner très varier et complet la plus grande partie est fait maison les cakes délicieux. L'hôtel est juste à côté de la galerie Krazimierz

Booked a 4 day trip for my daughters birthday emailed hotel a week before requesting a twin room over looking the river on one of the higher floors if possible they advised they would do there best to accommodate. Arrived at hotel given room on 5 th floor happy days. Opened room door to find on double bed not really suitable for Dad and 20 year old daughter .. Phoned reception who was helpful few mins later gave us twin room on 2nd floor Thursday night music playing ALL NIGHT until 7am - contacted reception they said it would get turned down .. Friday the same all night until 7am ( no exaggeration ) - contacted reception they advised come a collect some ear stoppers which I then visited reception and lady looked at me blank saying they had none! Saturday even worse. I spoke to reception again and they offered to change my room on Sunday night we had been out all day at zacophane and thermal baths ( great trip) and was too tired to change we were leaving Monday anyway. Music still playing on Sunday although not as loud. The pool and sauna was nice jacuzzi was broke and steam room not working very well. Location a bit out the way for the old town but I was aware of that anyway taxis are so cheap.. Breakfast quite poor no egg station bacon intermittent did not really cater for English clientele in my opinion No milk or creamer in the rooms for drinks. Very dissapointed with this hotel and had very little sleep for 4 nights was glad to get home for some peace. Other than that krakow is a lovely city and will return but not to the disco hotel in the galaxy of noise.

The hotel which is near the Jewish quarter and next to the river is great for people who like a bit of a walk. We are in our early 60s and walked easily to Oscar Schindler factory across the bridge and to the old town and castle. Very handy for the hop on bus which leaves from the hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a fantastic spa area- welcome relief for hot aching feet. Our bed was very comfortable and the selection at breakfast extensive. Contrary to some other reports we found the staff to be all very pleasant, with special mention to the staff at breakfast. Next to a small shopping mall with a Pizza Hut, excellent bistro and other coffee and cake outlets. Handy when you’ve already had your steps in for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Eine Mitarbeiterin konnte nur sehr wenig Englich, war ok, hat mich aber verwundert. Pool war einige Zeit geschlossen und wahr ein Auswahlkriterium.
