第二天要去機場，選擇了這個離機場近點的酒店。打車去機場十幾分鍾。 環境不錯，服務很好。酒店路對面有個很大的購物中心和宜家，可以去逛逛。

It’s a simple hotel located on the edge of town but only 15 mins from the airport by car. I stayed here 3 years ago but it has changed ownership since. Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

this hotel can not be a four star hotel, the refrigerator is not cold enough, the style is only a three star hotel, but they provided free underground parking.

It was clean and quiet hotel for me as traveling alone :)

這是一個太糟糕的體驗，團體預訂了大床房給我們，來到入住時，說這個預訂是大床房，但只住一個人，兩個入住要多付 100 元，領隊給我付了。之後上房，發現只有一套被、枕頭及毛巾，後來前台服務員拿了個枕頭及袋來，叫我自己放進去，因沒有房務員在 .... 天啊，這是 4 星酒店的服務嗎。真的很失望及非常生希，一定不會再來。 I checked in on today but it's a terrible expreience. My tour guide booked a double bed room for me and my husband. On reaching the hotel, the staff told that the booking is the double bed for 1 person. So they have to charge 100 dollars for another one. My tour guide paid it for us. I went to the room and found only 1 set of pillow, quilt and towels. My guide asked them to give us 1 set more. Later, the receiptionist took a pillow with pillow bag and told me to make it myself because there's no housekeeping during the night time. I'm so disappointed and I am so angry about this.

Hôtel situé entre l'aéroport et le centre ville donnant sur un grand boulevard . L'établissement moderne et sans charme offre toutes les prestations d'un 4****. Le personnel est compétant et disponible, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié tant salé que sucré. La chambre est propre et d'un volume convenable . Elle dispose d'un plateau bouilloire . Le réassort en bouteilles d'eau est quotidien . L'insonorisation phonique impeccable. Le seul aspect négatif qui n'engage que moi et pas des moindres est sur la qualité de la literie et des oreillers. Beaucoup trop mou comme souvent. On rejoint le centre historique en 15 minutes avec le bus 130 au départ de l'arrêt Azory situé non loin de l'hôtel.

This hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are spacious and adequate for your stay. The staff are helpful, but speak little English. Breakfast is reasonable. The location is quite far out from the centre and isn't within walking distance. If you ask the reception staff they will ring a taxi for you, however, be prepared to ask price before you get in. The first day our taxi to the main square cost 35 zl, however the next with the same taxi firm cost 130zl, and from there ranged between the two. I do believe the taxi drivers just make it up as they go along, and probably see English tourists as a nice little earner!

!!!!Avoid!!!! Worst ever hotel I've stayed in. Receptionist was so rude and unhelpful other staff had very little English. Hot tub and Sauna were out of order. Only one key card available that rarely worked. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Our double bed was 2 single pushed together. The decor was very out of date and fridge stank!!! No towels soap in room when I asked at reception I was handed a mini bottle of "shower gel". Breakfast was few slices of meat or chesse on a plate there was no toaster and sausages were hotdogs!! Breakfast served from 7am we asked if we could availe of any food as our tour driver was collecting use at 6.50 am the Receptionist literally grunted at us. House keeping was a lot to be desired as we had made a cup of tea in room using caddy provided for used teabags however the caddy was never emptied once during our stay. Location is at side of main motor way you need to get Train Tram or Taxi into city centre . There is a drive thru KFC about 10 min walk from Hotel.

I had great stay at conrad hotel dubai i would liketo a say a big thanks to the best hotel security moustafa very friendly and informative also and always smile i would recommend conrad to everyone great teams moustafa good luck and keep doing what you do best

Myself and my friend came to Krakow and the hotel Conrad for 3 nights. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. The only problem we had which we reported was that the shower tray filled up with water and flooded the bathroom floor. This was not fixed during our stay. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. It is a taxi ride to the old town but this was not an issue for us, the reception staff booked our taxi there and we got an Uber back for 23zl. We would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is near the IKEA, LIDL and other shops. The room was clean and silent. The stuff were superb friendly and helpful. They have even brought us baby crib. The breakfast were fresh and tasty. What we didn’t like: The shower was leaking, electric dryer was not working, no mini fridge

this hotel is spotlessly clean, has helpful, friendly staff and the rooms very comfy. excellent bathroom. room had a small cooker and a micro-wave. the restaurant is spacious and very clean. food is cooked once ordered so fresh. quite a varied choice.
