Lovely room at a super central location just off the main square. Friendly staff. Only quibble was the lack of heating. Some days were sub zero temps outside so the room was cold in the mornings/evenings

Es un aparthotel muy céntrico, el edificio es algo antiguo por la zona que está, pero está renovado y en buen estado. Por las noches puede haber algo de ruido de gente hablando y bebiendo en la calle... Era fin de semana.

Fantastic central location, comfortable bed, powerful shower and spacious rooms. A little unsure about the communication as I was accused of cooking food in the kettle despite having not used it at that point, making me question whether the hot drinks area in the room had been cleaned between guests.

Such a beautiful building and lovely, comfortable apartment. Perfect location in old town. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, helped us with our tour attractions and taxis. On hand via WhatsApp and always very responsive. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Krakow

The hotel was clean, quiet and convienent. Only a few doors down from the market square in the old town with heaps of dining close by. It was snowing in Krakow when we were there and the room was toasty and warm. Great to come back to after walking around the xmas markets.

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. The location is so central, literally just off the main square in a Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Despite this the apartment was very quiet. The room was spacious, the building very secure and absolutely immaculate. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely bed and very warm that's where it ends. I cried when we saw this accommodation, how did it get a 4 Star rating, the pillows were like cushions, there was no shampoo or anything you would normally get, no tea, sugar, milk the towels were about 10 years old and felt like sand paper shocking as they are not that expensive . There is a photo of food advertised on their page why I do not know as they do not serve food. We were buzzed in on arrival but we were not greeted by anyone, and due to no signs ended up out the back of the building where the bins were, we eventually found another door up two flights of stairs

Excellent location right by the main square. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very cold outside but the room was nice and warm. Muhammad was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Krakow. Everything we needed.

The location was perfect. The room looked the same as shown in pics. The bathroom is a little old but was clean enough. The only issue we had was that the room description says "soundproof". However, it was not soundproof. It was really noisy over the weekend. We could hear people talking loudly in the middle of the night, and this disturbed our sleep There's also construction happening next door, so it was noisy by 8am on Monday.
