Miodowa酒店(Hotel Miodowa)

Byłam z Partnerem i jestem zadowolona z pobytu. Zarezerwowałam nocleg, bo wyświetliła mi się reklama na Instagramie. Skusiła mnie lokalizacja i rzeczywiście jest 10/10! Wszędzie blisko, wygodnie. Pokoje ok, chociaż odświeżyłabym design. Śniadania — bardzo dobre jak na 3 gwiazdki. W takiej cenie to już całkiem rewelacja. Pani Monika z recepcji — Anioł! Dusza tego miejsca, widać, że odpowiednia osoba. Nie podobało mi się zarachowanie recepcjonisty — był niemiły, jakby siedział za kare. Niestety nie zapytałam o imię. Sprzątanie mogłoby być bardziej dokładne, ale nie było źle. Generalnie pobyt oceniam dobrze. Mogę polecić.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji na Kazimierzu. Recepcja calodobowa, mozliwosc zostawienia bagazu na recepcji. Hotel jest blisko przystankow tramwajowych. Bardzo sympatyczna recepcjonistka przy zameldowaniu( 23. 12 wieczorem), inne osoby na recepcji rowniez bardzo kulturalne.

Polecamy - bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta - klimatyczny Kazimierz. Pokoje: czyste, klimatyzacja, łazienka przestronna (wanna, co było plusem). Mały minus: brak zestawu do parzenia kawy/herbaty - detal mały, a zawsze cieszy . Obsługa miła, bezproblemowy check-in. Śniadania: urozmaicone, brak kawy z ekspresu, pieczywo niestety nieświeże. Generalnie obiekt na plus. Z pewnością wrócimy.

Great location, about 15 minutes steady walk to the main square. Staff very friendly and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, great shower, and very comfy beds. There is Sir con but no remote control so I can only presume its centrally controlled or you have to ask for the remote. Normally I would be bothered about this because it was hot but we were only there for the marathon so knew we'd sleep regardless. Breakfast is also very nice. Only two minor things that I won't put as negatives because it's only my thoughts; no bacon at breakfast which I miss and also no toaster which I found strange, not that we wanted ione, it just seemed strange. All in all a fantastic, clean, value for money place to stay, with a great breakfast and staff.

Location was great. 15-20 minute walk to the main square, perfectly located to the Jewish quarter. 2 minute walk from the train station, perfect for the airport transfer. Supermarket opposite Room was clean and had everything you would need. Toiletries included shampoo, shower gel and bar of soap. I was also able to check in early which was great. Only downside was the rooms weren’t sound proof. 1 night I was kept up by a group playing music and shouting and 1 morning I was woken by the cleaned vacuuming and banging of doors. Breakfast was also great. A selection of cereals, pastries, breads and meats/cheese as well as juice and hot drinks.

Check in was super efficient, we arrived slightly earlier than check in time, but this was no problem as our rooms were ready. Apartment was spacious, very clean, plenty of storage. Nice sitting area and kitchen well equipped. Bathroom nice and clean, good shower. Breakfast traditional polish offerings, could have done with a toaster. Location really good. Overall great stay.

At noon after my first night, my room had not been made up. I worried about it with the person at reception who calls in front of me. At 5 p.m., the room still had not been made! The person at reception dared to tell me face to face that the rooms were never made after the first night… While my colleagues who were in the same hotel had their room cleaned after the first night. The staff was unreliable, not helpful and did not attempt to correct the problem or offer a correct solution. This disqualifies this hotel that is moreover not a 3-stars hotel.

Very clean and tidy room which was modern. Price for the stay was very good for what we paid. Staff are friendly. Very close to transportation giving easy access to get around the city. About 15 minutes walk to the old town centre which was ideal for our stay. Would stay here again if me and my partner decide to go back to krakow.

This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and we were more than happy with our stay and definitely will be booking again in the near future ******* was good to book with as usual the hotel is in the lovely Jewish area and very pretty but walking distance to main square and Schindlers lovely room and outside area which was a bonus as weather was beautiful can’t wait to go again
