The hotel had a couple of issues. But, these issues were so severe that we chose to check out early and move to another place. Beds: were so uncomfortable that it was difficult to lie on them. Let alone sleep. Mattresses sink under you, not offering any support. So you end up in this half-sunken, crooked position. The hotel staff was not able to help with that. Second, at 7 in the morning, cleaning activities have begun. Staff started cleaning neighboring rooms. Banging dishes, loud conversations, opening and shutting doors. It was all so loud, as if it was happening directly in our room. Apparently, sound insulation does exist there. But even so, it was HOTEL STAFF. Not guests. So why in the world would they begin that whole activity so early in the morning? With complete disregard for guests still trying to sleep? We got almost no sleep for two nights there. Before leaving, I asked for a refund for the third night we were not staying. My request was declined.
