Personnel très aimable et accueillant, aux petits soins et toujours désireux de rendre service. Hôtel à l'architecture ancienne dont le coté légèrement vieillot lui donne un charme dépaysant. Literie très confortable. Petits déjeuners copieux. Vue imprenable sur la Place du Marché, le Monument Mickievicj et l'imposante église. Choix vaste de restaurants et cafés.

Rask og vennlig sjekk inn. Resepsjon er hjelpsom og vennlig. Rom er litt gammel dag med liten gammel TV men rent og stor med fin utsikter. Masse restauranter, kafé og bar.

The best possible view in Krakow. But hotel has not been renovated for a long time except for bathrooms which are great. Awful breakfast - please skip it.

The hotel is in a wonderful position. The staff were all very helpful, attentive and spoke excellent English. We had room 34 which has amazing views overlooking the square.

Hotel was excellent! Staff were lovely, room was perfect and really liked all the little touches that made the stay special. Slippers, robes, a proper coffee machine, lots of other really nice things as well. The view was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Hotel Wentzl is in my opinion absolutely the best hotel in Krakow's old town. The view from rooms is spectacular. The atmosphere as well as highly qualify and service-minded staff will make your stay unforgettable.

Loved this historical building overlooking the square. Loved the view overlooking the square but did not hear the noise from the street din below. Clean, quiet and luxuriously spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very personable and helpful staff. Extremely central and easy to walk anywhere. Copious amounts of restaurants serving delicious food everywhere.
