地理位置優越，設施也不錯。但是樓梯比較陡，對於行李較重的人來說可能會比較困難。

When we arrived in Krackow We couldn’t find the hotel there was no visible door or entrance. After about 30mins we realised the entrance to the hotel was the entrance to an escape room !!!! First impression not a good look for a hotel with good reviews. On finding the reception we got our key and went into the room, first thing that hit was the smell of smoking with the smell of bleach to cover it up !! 😠 Second bad experience after an early morning flight. Once the light went on there was no window at all it is basically a triangle sized room with no windows and the out side space was an out side covered stair well not in use. This was terrible 😞. ok if you are on a stage doo and you’re 18-25. The last straw was the beds were probably the worst beds that I have ever come across and I have stayed in hostels all over Europe. The mattresses are so bad, two tiny single bed pushed together. It was that bad. I looked straight on trip advisor and found another hotel for £150 more than I paid and just left instantly towards the square and the hotel was sooo much better. I think I stayed in there for no more than 15 mins. I have never left a very bad review before this is my first one. I felt cheated and miss informed. As the pictures looked really good with windows and light. It looked as though the room was from the film Hostel. Imagine just being so pissed off you just walk off and pay again to stay some where else 😂. We live and learn.
