塞拉利昂公寓式酒店(Leone Aparthotel)

Чудове розташування готелю, в пішій доступності всі визначні місця. Близько до вокзалу та Краківської галереї. Номер не великий, але чистий. Єдине - не працював холодильник. Wi-do працював добре.

Apart hôtel situé dans une rue un peu lugubre très proche de la voie ferrée. Chambre spacieuse mais complètement démodée et salle d'eau minuscule. Sofas tachés ainsi que la moquette mais le pire est la propreté avec de longs cheveux dans le lit et les serviettes de bain. Seuls points positifs, frigo, bouilloire électrique et coffre fort dans la chambre ainsi que bonne literie. Personnel peu sympathique ne disant jamais bonjour, ni un mot aimable. A l'opposé très satisfait par l'excellent petit déjeuner copieux avec un super service et accueil dans l'hôtel Spatz à proximité. Si il n'y avait pas eu le pdj j'aurais mis une note beaucoup plus basse. Donc merci à l'équipe du petit déjeuner.

Bien situado entre Kazimiers y el casco antiguo, aunque está en una calle un poco abandonada, que al principio da un poco de respeto, pero no tuve ningún problema de seguridad. Personal atento y eficiente, tanto en recepción como por mail previamente. Habitación doble pequeña, efectivamente pequeña, pero suficiente. Todo limpio. Buen colchón y aislamiento acústico. En definitiva, una buena estancia

Room was a reasonable size and only 10-15 minute walk from the main Square which was nice. Room had a double bed when asked to have two single beds which was advertised as an option on the Internet was told to just use the sofa didn’t seem interested in helping out at all, couldn’t use TV because the Internet was too slow just buffered constantly.

Absolutely avoid this hostel, the electrics are a hazard, no heating, room smells like a sewer, noisy, lights stuck together with plasters? Had to sort the plumbing out as the smell in my room was like sewage, the waste pipe was not connected, smell better once I had fixed it! I was given a convector heater that was unsafe, battered and did not work? Was told there was no more so despite it being 1degree outside I had no heating at all and I could have a blanket? , I had to move rooms on arrival as my original room did have heating however I shared a floor with multiple youths who were unbelievably noisy! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life! DO NOT BOOK!! It’s a health hazard ⚠️

After reading the other reviews online we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We were on a room only city break and can't really fault the hotel. There is no lift due to the older building but location was very good, very central to the restaurants/coffee shops. Room was neatly decorated, beds comfy, en suite clean, towels in room which did us for our time but if you need to change them you can ask at receiption, we asked to borrow a hairdryer, tea/coffee/kettle in room and asked for top up tea/coffee which was no problem for the young staff on duty. It is 24hour receiption and we were able to leave our luggage during the day to do some more sightseeing before departure. Really enjoyed our stay at Leone Aparthotel

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights . On arrival check in was ok , although staff didn't explain about breakfast etc. We were given a room right on the top floor. There is no lift at this hotel . So thus hotel us not suitable for anyone who is disabled. You even have a flight of stairs from hotel entrance to reception area. Room are very basic but comfortable. Next morning we went downstairs to get breakfast. On asking reception staff about breakfast, we were told we had to walk yo another hotel about 3 blocks away for breakfast. This is not what we expected. Hotel is situated down side street . Other buildings next door and across the road are a bit derelict and needs some attention. There is some nice restaurants near by. I can recommend the Indian restaurant. For me if I was to return to krakow . I don't think I would return to thus hotel.

Really looks nothing like the photos, but, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. If you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep during your break it’ll be absolutely fine. Perfect location for all sightseeing, 10min walk in all directions to various spots and supermarket 5 min walk around the corner.

Please don't don't book this hotel......omg what a dive!!!!! If you are 18 and on a lads weekend with a bed you need to pass out on, yeah ok, it works!!! The taxi driver had to check 2 or 3 times he had taken us to the right place as it was nothing like the photos!! As a couple who only need a need to sleep in, please no! We couldn't even stay there. The stairs are about to fall through they are that old and bowed and threadbare (realise it's an old hotel). The photos on the website are certainly Web shopped!!! The door to the room had an inch gap right down and 4 keyholes.......potluck on whether it was safe and lockable.....it wasn't!!! Breakfast....please don't pay for it as there are no facilities on site...still never managed to find the hotel we were supposed to go to for breakfast!!!! Staff however were lovely but only just out of college for the week so not able to deal with any issues!!!! Didn't even question why we checked out when we only spent a couple of hours there!! 3 stars????? Maybe about 10 years ago but defo not now!!!!! Wouldn't even give it one unfortunately 😕
