Excellent hôtel dans lequel j'ai passé trois nuits, lors d'un voyage d'études. L'emplacement est intéressant, au cœur de l'ancien ghetto juif et à environ 25 mn à pied du centre historique de Cracovie. Les tramways passent au pied de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, modernes et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner propose vraiment beaucoup de variété et comblera les plus difficiles. Seul bémol, une seule machine à café, à l'heure de pointe, cela crée de l'attente. Les dîners du soir étaient également très bons Je recommande vraiment cet établissement.

Appartement fonctionnel, propre, joliment décoré. Parking sous-terrain pratique. Hébergement proche de nombreux restaurants.

Super nemt med parkering i kælder under hotellet. Fine værelser og rigtig god morgenmad.

Service by reception and cleaning staff was very good, very friendly. Service by staff working in the breakfast restaurant was not so friendly, they checked our room number on their list and then did not speak to us further or explain the breakfast arrangements. Room was very clean and well equipped. Towels and bedding changed frequently. Our only complaint about this hotel is the noise - you hear every person in the corridor, all the doors opening and closing, people in the neighbouring rooms etc. Nothing the staff can do about this of course, and not so much of a concern if you’re out enjoying the city all day and night :)

Great hotel with a good breakfast choice the only let down was the shower in the room which was horrendous.The location is 5 minutes in a taxi to the main square which was fine as the taxis are cheap.Would definitely stay here again if the shower was better I know it sounds petty but it was ridiculous.

Great sized room with seating area, hob kettle iron and ironing board.. Large comfy bed.. Floor to ceiling windows which open in! Large tv but couldn't find any English channels (only wanted for background noise) fridge had a selection of items to purchase.. 2 cans of sparkling water complimentary along with tea coffee and sugar. Shop on the corner for milk etc. Breakfast good selection of hot and cold (beans only served once to hubby's dismay) 20 minute flat walk to the main square or tram stop directly outside. Can't comment on sauna spa as never used. All staff we came across friendly and helpful. Late flight home 12 o clock check but baggage area behind reception. Lovely place!

I would never stay there again. They make breakfast with all pork. If you Aks to make it better so they won’t do any changes. Food in restaurants is so boring. And the housekeeper even don’t understand that they must change the glasses. They wash it there! It’s not their fault but hotel is definitely 3 star maximum. And when you come people in resection don’t say hello to the guests. The channels only in polish! It’s like polish people live there only. This is so bad! The only positive I can say about it is that the spa is amazing. I would do it again. But live there - never! I came to AC Marriott. It’s really hight class 4 star hotel!

Very disappointed that there were a lot of items not available at breakfast. Sevices ended early. The room was cold. Considering these problems the price should have been lower.

This place is a joke We arrived yesterday and no bar open We arrived back after 12 hours on tours to be told at 8.45 that the bar was closing Theirs no bar open even tho they told us yesterday that it would be open today Poor hotel and terrible staff
