Tutto ottimo, appartamento in stabile davanti alla reception, lo stabile vecchiotto ma l'appartamento molto bello. Colazione prevalentemente salata ma ottima con ampio orario (8/11) disponibile. Vicinissimo al centro e a tutti i bus compreso quello per l'aeroporto. Tutti molto gentili

非常友好和安靜的地方。服務非常好而且是最高水準的。幫助您找到美味的餐廳和值得一去的地方。公寓位於克拉科夫市中心，步行 3 分鐘即可抵達市集廣場。我肯定會回到那裡。我全心全意地推薦它。

Les plus: situé dans un quartier calme, à 600m environ du Rynek. Le prix était correct, le personnel sympathique (attention: anglais obligatoire, personne ne parle Français), plusieurs petits restaurants et pâtisseries agréables à proximité, dont deux excellents restaurants végétariens pour les amateurs. Les moins: l'immeuble d'apparence assez vétuste, ma chambre (au second étage) avait une décoration datant des années 50 mais elle était correctement équipée. à noter: une cuisinette commune pour 4 chambres... contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, il n'y avait aucun petit déjeuner inclus. Dernier détail (mais qui a son importance): des travaux de rénovation de façade sont actuellement en cours ( (octobre 2022), occasionnant des nuisances sonores dans la journée (et les travaux commencent à 7h du matin !) mais le calme revient le soir du fait d'une circulation quasi nulle la nuit dans la rue Cybulckiego.

Bardzo miłe miejsce z klimatem ,blisko rynku i atrakcji . 8-10 minut spacerkiem do atrakcji ,w pobliżu kawiarnie sklepy .kamienica z klimatem ,w pokoju było wszystko czego potrzeba ,czysto ,miła obsługa ,dobry kontakt z personelem ,mapka z polecanymi miejscami .zabrakło mi mydła w kostce czy płynie żeby umyć ręce .do dyspozycji podwórko z meblami .

We stayed for four nights at the beginning of October based on a recommendation from friends. Normally when we go away, and especially on City breaks, I prefer to book a more luxury type of accommodation, which comes with a larger price tag., but value the extra luxury. After looking at the pictures online and reviews, we knew we would be getting a basic type of accommodation in a good location of the city. So we were prepared. We checked in after 9pm, so the details of how to obtain the key for the room was sent to us when we arrived at the airport. Ideally, I would like this information the day before. The hotel arranged a taxi pick up with was around 20 Euros, and was prompt, clean and good service. The room itself was like a step back into the 1970s, with a double bed a small table, TV and wardrobe. It was basic, but comfortable. A small kitchen with kettle and fridge was on hand. The bathroom was clean with a shower, toilet and basin and came with a hair dryer and toiletries. To be honest, the charm of the room really grew on us during our stay, and the sleep we had was one of the best I have had when staying abroad anywhere. In essence it was a no frills, very clean but comfortable experience. We had breakfast for around 5 Euros / person, and it was a simple continental type of offering, but more than enough to start the day. Really good value. The location is around 15mins walk to the main square, and the guest house is located on a side road in a quiet part of the city. Would we would stay there again ? Probably we would as the price, location you could not get better. If you want a more luxurious stay, then this place would not suit.

We stayed here in a double room for a quick 2 night visit. We met with some friends who were staying in one of the apartments. The room was brilliant, recently refurbished to a very high standard. The room was spotless. Bathroom was fantastic and also spotless. There is a small kitchen area which has everything you need, they even provide tea, coffee and sugar free to use. Location was also perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the main square. There are a couple of supermarket’s nearby to buy water etc for your room. Check in was very efficient and friendly, reception staff talk you through how to get to places and you are given a map. On arrival we got a Bolt cab from the airport and it was just under £8. For our return flight we asked the reception to book us a cab as we had to leave early, so wanted piece of mind that we would get to the airport on time, this was more expensive at £18 but felt it safer to pre book with them. We are most definitely returning and will book this hotel again!

We have just arrived home after a 3 night/4 day visit to Krakow. The rooms were perfect for our visit, clean and a good size, our own kitchenette and bathroom which both looked like they had been recently renovated. Tea, coffee & filters and sugar were in our room ready for our arrival. Our main room consisted of a double bed, wardrobe & drawers and a good sized bed. We arrived in the early hours but we had been given clear and easy to follow instructions to access the property and our room which we managed with no problems. The bed was comfortable and we were able to log in to our Netflix account on the television which was ideal for a chilled evening after a long day of sightseeing. We had very little interaction with reception due to being out early and back late but any staff we passed were polite and welcoming. Our flight home was late afternoon and we were able to leave our bags with reception while we made the most of our last day. The rooms are located about 10 minutes away from the main square and a similar time away from one of the main bus stops to travel to Salt Mines. Fantastic value for money, the rooms were above our expectations for the price. Will be recommending to friends and family.
