Excellent séjour appartement très spacieux pour deux personnes confort parfait gérant très agréable et sympathique qui parle polonais bien sûr anglais mais la cerise sur le gâteau : il parle français !!! À deux pas du centre-ville : génial

The booking of this trip was smooth and we received communication straight away from the owner in regards to our arrival/trips/tranfers etc. The 2 men at the Reception desk were extremely pleasant on every occasion that we met and also spoke fantastic English, as well as being really helpful. Also the Reception smells unbelievable! Our room was number 10. Double room, perfect in every way. Spacious, comfy bed, lovely warm shower and the room was equipped with 2 travel plugs, extension cable, hairdryer, leaflets for attractions, recycling bins outside the room and a fully equipped kitchen area (with a cold fridge which I love). The hotel was so quiet too. Location! Absolutely perfect, literally left and left (2 min walk) and you’re in the main square. So many bars, restaurants and lovely walks. Also, breakfast was so good. Upon arrival we were given vouchers to take to 3 local cafes. We only went to Paul’s Place which was right next door and the voucher entitled us to a full English breakfast and juice/coffee. Definitely recommend here. Another place made us a pack up for the airport as we were leaving at 3:30am. Fantastic service. I’d also recommend downloading the app Bolt for any taxis you require. Overall, a fantastic visit and I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you

Great apartments, location was ideal! Bed was very comfy! All you need in apartment! Staff on reception were lovely and helpful! Organised Airport transfer which was so handy when arriving on early flight! We were allowed check in as soon as room was ready! Can leave bags on departure day also until you are leaving for airport so handy! Definitely recommend staying here was great value!!

A very warm welcome by the staff. Spacious apartment. Tea and coffee(machine) in the kitchen. Situated very central (less than 2 minutes walk to the main square). Great arrangements with restaurants (just around the corner) about breakfast. Even to get a (packed) breakfast when you have to leave at 6 is no problem. We enjoyed our stay very, very much.

We recently stayed at Apartments Roman over Christmas. Wow! We got more than we expected. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and surprisingly warm! A lot of thought has been put into furnishing, we found we had everything we needed and more, with ample cutlery, cookware and plates, a dishwasher, washing machine, even coffee machine with coffee pods and teabags in the cupboard. Staff at reception were incredibly helpful, even over Christmas Day and Boxing Day we were told we could contact them over WhatsApp if any issues. The apartments are situated just a few minutes from the market square, everything we wanted to see was right on our doorstep, with everything including trip pick up locations less than a ten minute walk away. We would like to thank Apartments Roman for the incredible stay, in a beautiful apartment and beautiful city, we will definitely be returning! We wish you a healthy and profitable 2024!

Stayed at these apartments for three nights, 2 minute walk and you’re right in the square- location is perfect! The rooms are very clean and well equipped, reception staff are friendly & helpful, also very efficient with email enquiries. Only one slight ****** is the bed pillows are very small, otherwise totally flawless. Breakfast option is great, vouchers to choose from three nearby restaurants that are literally next door to the apartments- lovely fresh food served. These restaurants don’t open until 8am, so if you’ve booked any day trips you might need to grab a breakfast elsewhere. I highly recommend Apartments Roman and would definitely stay again in the future.

Started with great communication after booking and out of hours check-in arranged. Apartment was large, clean and we were grateful for the little extras provided. Comfortable stay and would definitely recommend. Great location too.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in Apartments Roman with a group of 33 people. We had 7 apartments in total and every single one was beautiful and incredibly clean. The apartments are literally 1 minute from the main square. Bartak and the rest of staff were a dream to work with and always responded promptly to emails. Fantastic restaurant next door, Paul’s place for breakfast. Wud def return

I stayed here from September 6th to 11th. I originally came across these apartments from a link a lady posted in a Facebook group. I was a bit nervous initially booking as I have only ever used hotels before. They had great reviews, a good location and were great value. I am so delighted I booked as we had a great holiday and these apartments were a huge part of it. I initially enquired by email and had quick responses. Then I booked directly with them. I did a bank transfer and when confirmed I was sent on booking confirmation and details. I got a reminder email 2 days before I was due to arrive. I booked one of the "G" apartments because it was in the building that had the reception. The reception isn't 24 hours but you do have contact numbers. There is someone there during the day and early evening. Because we were arriving late I let them know my airport arrival time so they were expecting us. I got my driver to ring aswell when we were on the way and they confirmed that someone was there to let us in. The apartments are in an excellent location just 1 minute walk (if even that) from the main square. The taxi dropped us at the door. We had a lovely welcome from Bartek and a very quick check in process. He gave us the codes and the keys and we were ready. I really liked that you have to input the security codes at two doors so it feels very secure. We picked apartment G10. It is a lovely apartment buy be aware it is on the 3rd floor. That is my only slight issue of my whole stay there is lots of stairs but to be honest u get used to it and as we were doing lots of eating it was probably a blessing in disguise for the exercise! We had a decent sized room. It had a table and 2 chairs right in front of the window which has 3 huge windows that open for loads of air. A nice good sized bed. A sink with washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel. It had a kettle, a coffee machine and a good sized fridge with a small freezer part at the top. We also had a hob with 2 rings so we were able to do fried eggs one morning. There is a press that holds plates cups glasses cutlery a saucepan and frying pan. Every thing you need. The bathroom isn't the biggest but it is only for showering each day so it doesn't need to be huge. It had a toilet and sink and a lovely shower. It had a hose that you can take down to rinse yourself and it also has the rain shower head. The bathroom also has a big window that you can open. There is a hair dryer in the drawer. Everything is thought of that you could need, an umbrella which luckily we didn't need as the weather was fantastic. On the last day I realised in the drawer of the TV unit was an extension cord and also some plug adapters, we had our own but would have been so helpful if I had forgotten. There was also a brush and pan under the sink and a bin. They also had kitchen towel. Outside in the hallway were separate recycling bins so the bins in the apartments don't get filled up. I will definitely b
